I’ve visited during a spring cleaning promo when Berryessa Oral Surgery shared Costco snack packs and Bijan Bakery lemon bars. It was a thoughtful gesture that made the visit feel more personal. The care is straightforward and efficient. The dentist explained her patients' x-rays clearly and didn’t push unnecessary procedures. It’s not flashy, but it’s clean, professional, and ideal for routine visits. Great for those who want quality care without the stress.

Dr. Emily Chen, D.M.D, has been my dentist since 2010 and I have successfully convinced many families (including my husband and children) and friends to start and continue their dental care at New-Tech Dental Care. I LOVE Dr. Chen because she's a very skillful dentist and so passionate about her patient's oral care. I am grateful for all the care Dr. Chen provide to ensure my teeth's health, and I will see Dr. Chen for the rest of my life.

This services is not good, I have some time with this dental but seem they did not good and not friendly. after clean my teeth is hurt for some days. They used their hand to close my mouth seem they are not professional. Not recommendation to this office for dental.

Dr. Chen has been our family dentist for almost a decade. She and her staff have always provided us with great care and friendly service. Our children don't mind going to the dentist at all because it's always a pleasant experience for them. We wouldn't trust our family's teeth with anyone else

i came here yesterday(12/23) to get a filling for my front tooth that i somehow chipped. It was a quick and easy process, the price is very fair. I paid in cash since I didn't have dental insurance. I have another appointment coming up to get 2 of my crowns replace since they got chipped also but my stupid self decided to go to the casino the same day after I got my filling and ended up losing $100k, YES you read correctly, I lost roughly $100,000 in just 1 day playing high limit video poker. Might have to cancel my appointment but when I have the money I will come back here to get it done for sure. The quote they gave me to get the 2 crowns replace seems pretty good. I started gambling in 2018 and it ends starting today 12/24/2019!!! Never again will I gamble, all it does is bring you pain, depression and misery. Even when you win a jackpot you'll just go back and lose it all back and more, I've learned it the hard way.

Dr Chen is the most heartwarming dentist I have ever seen! She is super kind, gentle, and patient. She never overtreat you. My family drive all the way from east bay to see her! Highly recommended!!!

Excellent service. Most importantly, dentists are very gentle. Actually, they are one of the most gentle ones I have had. However, their newer assistants really need to ramp up faster.
