Dr Kim and his staff were friendly , professional and engaging. They showed an interest in my dental needs and were great at listening. Also a very nice environment and have up to date equipment. A great experience
Efficient office and pleasant care providers. First visit went very well. Will continue to go there for dental care and cleanings. Covered by my insurance.
Excellent ! The staff is friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.
I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Lee to have two teeth filled based on the examination and X-rays taken the week before, which indicated that only two teeth required treatment. However, after the procedure had already begun, the dentist informed me that two additional teeth supposedly needed fillings. This was concerning because the dentist had already reviewed comprehensive images of my teeth and had not previously mentioned any issues with those additional teeth. Being in the middle of the procedure, I felt pressured to make an immediate decision without adequate time to consider the recommendation or seek a second opinion. As a result, I reluctantly agreed to have four teeth filled instead of the two originally planned. The sudden change in the treatment plan, combined with the timing of the recommendation, left me questioning whether the additional work was truly necessary. I found the communication unprofessional and thought of him as a lowlife individual.
An unexpected wedding came up requiring me to do something about 2 missing teeth until implants are done. The staff and doctor were able to measure and order a temporary that fit and worked perfectly in under a week. Very professional and advised to handle outside insurance to ensure no issues with implants coverage. Patient focused!
Very disappointing experience with the front desk staff. I can't comment on the dentists since my appointment was canceled for no reason. In March, I made an appointment for May 28th as a first time client. Shortly after scheduling, I received a text asking if I'd be interested in an opening sooner to which I replied yes. I provided my availability and stated I was flexible and could come most afternoons. I received a reply shortly after asking if I'd like to come the next day for a morning appt. Um no. I had already clearly stated I could do AFTERNOONS. Two weeks later I get a call and then a text asking if I'd like to be added to the "ASAP list". I thought I already was?! I was contacted AGAIN a few days later asking about my availability. How many times do I have to spell out I can come in the afternoons?! By this point, they're too much and I ask that they take me off the list. It's too much communication. May 27th comes along and I realize I've received no communication about my appointment on the 28th. I text them to find out they canceled my appointment. I NEVER told them to cancel my appointment. I simply didn't want to be constantly bothered about their "ASAP list". It's really unacceptable that they canceled an appointment I waited almost 3 months for. I was really hoping to have a good dentist 5 minutes from my house but no such luck. I was not interested in rescheduling as I completely lost trust in this office.
They accommodated me last minute for an emergency and are very helpful. Definitely recommend them.
Friendly team that make you feel welcome and safe. I appreciated their patience talking me through my treatments. It’s comforting to have transparency on what options are available, the timescales and costs in their work. Many thanks!
Very disappointed with my experience at One Dental and with Dr. Kim. I had an appointment expecting a simple filling for a cavity for one tooth, which is exactly what I was told I needed prior to the procedure. However, while I was already in the chair and after being told “the drilling part is over,” I was informed that my tooth had actually been prepped for a crown. At no point beforehand was a crown discussed as a possible treatment option. There was no informed consent, no discussion of alternatives, and no review of costs or financial responsibility before proceeding with a much more invasive and expensive procedure. I was never given the opportunity to make an informed decision about my own dental care. The lack of communication and transparency was extremely concerning and caused me to lose trust in both Dr. Kim and the office. Patients deserve to fully understand and consent to treatment plans before irreversible work is performed. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling caught off guard, unheard, and very unhappy with the care I received. This experience also taught me the importance of thoroughly researching dentists before establishing care. RECOMMENDATION to future patients: Research your dentist thoroughly and recommend using the dental society in your county to find upstanding dentists.
always had a wonderful experience, starting from appoinment set up through cleaning and follow-ups. Thank you for being a clean, warm office that I love to come back to.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
