Inyoung is an incredible personal trainer who understands each client's exact wants and needs; for each workout we did, she would explain the reasoning behind each exercise and how it related to my own fitness goals. Not only that, but when I told her I didn't have any exercise equipment at home, she came up with a set of exercises for a full-body workout that I could do without the need to go out and buy equipment! She'll push you to be the best you can be while also teaching you how to build good habits you can practice in your down time. Thank you Inyoung!

I’ve had multiple facials from the most sought after salons, but Emilynn’s facial honestly surpassed them all. Her warm and gentle professional demeanor made me feel at ease right away; she was incredibly knowledgeable and took time to assess my skin’s individualized needs before customizing treatment. The facial was an all-star luxurious experience, combining therapeutic facial and neck massages, gentle exfoliation, deep cleansing, Gua Sha techniques, antioxidant Vitamin C treatments, red light therapy, hydrotherapy, and more. I actually had a recommendation from my AARP, and Medicare for InYoung. Not all acupuncture experts have the qualifications to meet Medicare standards. In young does. I have struggled with back pain, low back pain for years. I saw two surgeons one a Stanford, and they both suggested therapy and or acupuncture. CorrectDr. InYoung has been a blessing in my recovery from surgeries. I have been following her instructions, and I have been able to heal and get better soon. I have been seeing InYoung for about six months and even within this short duration, I can clearly feel and observe the impact. She is an expert with a lot of experience and knowledge regarding detecting various issues in body and posture, and focusing on addressing them. She is very concentrated, knowledgeable and driven; ensuring that you walk out of the door with proper training, carrying your homework for the next session! One of the aspects that I really like is the fact that she educates you every time you do a workout; she explains what muscle or part of the body the exercise is focusing on, why we should focus on it, how you should feel during the exercise, and what would be the impact. I find that aspect alone extremely rewarding. InYoung is also an expert acupuncturist which can combine the exercise and acupuncture very effectively to release tensions or help the body properly relax or train muscles.
