My child was referred by his pediatrician to PPT for occupational therapy. Through the evaluation we decided that my child should get not just occupational therapy but speech therapy as well as oral/feeding therapy. I am very happy with the care and services provided here. Everyone is very friendly, professional and welcoming. Communication is great. They always return my calls or communicate via email if they are unable to reach me by phone. My child has worked with every therapist and everyone is awesome. Thank you Mrs. Sue, Mrs. Meredith, Ms. Ashley, Ms. Madison, Ms. Victoria, Ms. France for all that you do working with my child. They not only help work with my child but educate me how to work with my child at home. I love everyone. They go above and beyond to help me. I will be referring my patients here. I would recommend any family or friends that need occupational therapy, speech therapy and oral/feeding therapy.
When I first began with PPT, I was unsure of what these services were. My child had a lot of tantrums and that was my reason for bringing them. The staff really introduced me to what occupational therapy is and taught me how to work with my child. Previously, my child would cover their ears in public and would cry all the time. Without realizing it, my child needed more help than I originally thought. After two years of coming to PPT, I now know how to help my child with their special needs. They are so patient and really are empathetic with my child. Their team are all so friendly, they have even offered us different services at their office. Speech therapy with Madison has helped me be able to understand what my child is asking for. He picked up on simple ASL quickly and we are meeting him half way. We did not think we would get this far, I'm so excited to see what my child learns from their training.
I have been bringing my daughter here for many years. I originally got referred from my daughter's PCP due to a concern about feeding and her diet. I began working with Sue Henry many years ago, now my daughter is able to eat everything without gagging. She addressed many of my concerns and her entire staff always went above and beyond to help me with parent education. The front staff was always friendly and always ensured to address any billing or insurance questions I had. Cannot recommend this place enough!!
I was searching for a place for my son to have a certain type of physical therapy. When I called this place, they had told me they have specific therapists that specialize in what he needed... They even called me back to reschedule me to fit her schedule. I worked really hard and made arrangements to have authorizations put in since this facility was out of network. When we finally attended his first initial visit, the therapist started off with a questionnaire and proceeded with an exam on the gym mats (these mats are where they do exercises with kids without shoes on). She walked all over it with her shoes first, then took off her shoes, and then asked me to place my infant son on it laying down.... That's just gross. After the exam, she stated she needed to "do more research" on this type of physical therapy. I feel like this was a complete waste of time and effort put in when they were not competent in what they claim to be able to do. There was definitely some loss in communication within their office and the infection control was not there. I do not recommend.
Similar experience like other reviewer. They never respond back or reply to any voicemails. The website is also fake as mentioned. I am concerned they are just trying to scam people.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
