Robert Torrano's Online Review Report Card

This is one of the best experiences I have had with a Doctor’s office and a Doctor’s in general. The front office staff at Dr. Torrano’s was not only professional but extremely kind with my 3-year old son. They recently did a allergy panel on him which was not fun but they were so comforting and sweet to him gave him some toys and stickers. It was amazing to see the love and care they put into their jobs. Also, Dr. Torrano was really patient and very thorough with my son to figure out what is going on with him and made a plan to figure this out. I’ve never seen a Doctor with so much passion and dedication to finding out what is going on with my son. If you are looking for an allergy specialist, this is the place to be! I would give 100 stars if I could. Thank you so much!

I have seen Dr. Torrano twice - once for my daughter's allergies and one for myself. He is extremely thorough and detailed. I appreciate the time he took with me to understand my symptoms. Additionally, he has a delightful front office and nurse staff. They are polite, helpful and responsive to email. What a wonderful team of professionals! :)

I had a serious allergy reaction to poison oak, most of my body was covered in rashes and I needed 911 treatment. My search on finding the right treatment was super easy as Dr. Robert's office had a ton of great reviews. I decided to reach out and book an appointment. My experience was as described on the reviews, the hole staff was very pleasant and friendly so booking an appointment was very fast and easy. The day of my appointment (the next day) everything was a breeze from checking in to actually getting in front of the doctor super fast. My first impression of Dr. Robert was very down to earth easy to talk to professional doctor, very humble. My treatment was immediate, he prescribed the best most affective drug which I notice improvement the very next day. After a few days of treatment and his follow up appointment I am now good to go and I now have myself a life long doctor. Thank you dr. Robert and staff!!

I have had just the one consultation with Dr Torrano, but that one encounter impressed me enough to write a brief review. He is excellent. Absolutely everything you would wish for in your Physician and 100 times more. To be specific, friendly and confidence inspiring, a clear communicator, and obviously a leading expert in his field. I had an instant rapport with this Doctor and cannot recommend him highly enough.

Dr. Torrano is a FANTASTIC person. He is very un-doctor like in a great way. No ego and a completely personable guy with a good sense of humor and easy to speak with. He writes down what you tell him and then makes suggestions that are very helpful. He was also very good with my son who is 8. This is the guy to see if you have allergies. All doctors should learn how to have conversations with their patients from Dr. Torrano. The staff are great too. Don't want to leave them out.

Dr. Torrano does something unusual these days - he sits, looks at and listens to you. He makes handwritten notes, with no computer interposing itself between doctor and patient. He outlined five options for me, suggesting we start with the least invasive and work our way up, if required. He also has a good sense of humor.

Dr. Torrano is not only the ultimate professional but a wonderful human being - my daughter adores him! He writes everything down for the parent and makes sure you understand how to keep asthma (and other things such as allergies) in check. As the parent of a child who is not only asthmatic but severely allergic to peanuts I can't say enough kind things about him!

He has help me much more than I expected. I feel very comfortable with him. He is very intelligent and I'm lucky to have him as my Doctor.
