I was able to get a leftover vaccine and returned for my 2nd. Nice and helpful people, quick service, and they took the time to get to know me, offering me a Vitamin water to prevent dehydration. Impressed by how they run their center overall.

We waited in line for 3 hours to get a vaccine for my daughter as an essential worker in food service and they gave us a wrist band after looking at her paper and then we got up to the line and she was turned away. No where on-site does it say you can’t be 17. Last week our friends got it at this same clinic. That said I said I would take her spot as I also am an essential worker and Mary Nutting who was also extremely rude said we could not. She started asking me for my background. I have a letter indicating I am also an essential worker. Get your process in order and Mary should have compassion for more people. What a discriminatory process. Mary Nutting should be trained.

Rashied lattimore is my worker he is a hard worker he is so Awesome Sauce 😎 he's always there on time whenever I need him he helps me and my family he's been there through thick and thin for my family for about two years now I couldn't ask for a better social worker than Rashied Thank God 🙏🏾 And a Big Thank you to Mary and Dr.Golden also has been very Awesome towards me and my family too Thank you guys for everything and taking care of my family health you guys are Awesome😎 and I would recommend you guys to anybody🙏🏾💜

What a sad news I heard today that Samrawit was terminatedShe is kind, responsible, hard working person. I feel like she is a part of my family .it's hard to hear that she is not longer to be with us

We just learned our health navigator no longer works there, what a tragedy this happens to us , Samrawit was there for us when we need her to help us navigate through the process during this pandemic , when we are strangling to live, we never knew what Roots is, till we met her. She was a wonderful human being, she went out of her way to help us, In my opinion Roots lost a Great person.May God Bless us All.

I am so sad to hear the news about the termination of samrawit, she was a great person. She is like a family to me, she helped me through my hardship with her good words and also help me navigate the resources easily.

Worst experience. Came in with hope, seeing some hopeful faces but my case worker was a different story. I wouldn't recommend to anyone actually trying to get on their feet looking for a little assistance.
