Dr Garcia is a wonderful doctor! I am giving 1 star to the other doctor, da Silveira! We had an appointment with Dr. da Silveira on 8/3/22 and was happy that we finally have a GI doctor for this patient who has some issues and cannot communicate. The medical tech person was very nice and took us to the room, got the BP for this patient and told us that the doctor will be there shortly. Few minutes had passed and I heard a loud knock at the door that made us startled. From the moment this doctor entered the room, he looked at us and I felt that he does not want to be there. He looked at the patient and formed an opinion that this patient will not take the laxative for the procedure that he will order (Colonoscopy). He started ranting about other care homes who are not doing their job and I felt that he was attacking me and getting the blame for others. He spent more time telling me about how care home functions and less time talking about the patient. He was very rude, arrogant, and judgmental. I left the office with tears! Thank God, the lady who does the schedule was very nice, it changed the atmosphere.
