I had melasma caused by hormonal changes, and after researching many places, I decided to go with San Jose Medical Spa for treatment. The doctor here gave me a very thorough consultation and created a treatment plan tailored to my skin condition. I went through the treatment using PicoSure Pro technology. Right after the procedure, my skin felt slightly warm for about 2–3 hours, then it returned to normal. The next morning, my skin was just a little red, and by the following day, everything looked completely normal. Just one week later, I was honestly surprised to see that the dark spots had significantly faded — something I didn’t expect to happen so quickly. I’m really happy and satisfied with the results. A big thank you to the team of doctors and staff here. The clinic is very modern, clean, and uses high-end equipment and products, which made me feel safe and confident throughout the process.

I've had multiple treatments at San Jose Medical Spa with Dr. Chen for a while now. Everytime I have gone to the office for a treatment, the experience has always been top tier. They are very responsive to phone calls whether its for reschedules or appointment confirmations. The entire staff and especially Dr. Chen are very friendly. I have been very happy with the results I've achieved through coming to San Jose Medical Spa. I would highly reccommend San Jose Medical Spa to other friends.

5 star for Dr Lee's explanation on Pico, microneedling, and IPL, and the lift mask! I've been looking at different places for these (and are still shopping around), but went in for a few consultation. Dr. Lee was very thorough on explaining the different issues each of those solve, and how many sessions he estimates I'd need. Through some promotions, I also got a lift mask, so I decided to try them with the lift mask. There were a few things I noticed during my visit for the lift mask: 1) they bring you to a bathroom for you to put on your own hairband and wash your face. Maybe I'm not used to going to facials where they wash your face for you. This was definitely new to me. 2) the room I was in was facing a loud street, and I hear cars go by pretty loudly the whole time I had the mask on, which was 45 minutes? Facials I've been to before plays some soft instrumental in the background as white noise to help with that. 3) the "medical chair" to lay on was pretty uncomfortable. I'd think for a 45 minutes mask, they'd provide slightly better bed. Maybe I'm more used to facials which provides towel blankets and pillows. I used my arm as a pillow. The mask worked well imo! My face feels amazing! But I'd have to say that 45 minutes wasn't exactly comfortable. My guess though is maybe they're more like a medical facility instead of an actual spa.

Good Service in the front desk and nice Dr. here. Did microcannel treatment for hydration, it is comfortable and skin tone looked glowing and bright, Recommend this place!
