Dr. Sani is amazing! I have been coming to him for just over two years. The quality of care is exactly what I would hope for. He is extremely knowledgeable and the relief I feel from my TMJ pain is life changing.

Overall great experience, you walk in the door and you are handed an ice cold sparkling water or beverage of your choice, then with whatever procedure you are going with the staff is amazing and takes great care of you. Very clean and professional atmosphere, looking forward to the great results!

I went for a consultation about a year ago. Needless to say I was not satisfied with my experience. Sani barely checked out my scalp, and basically said I was too far along and to quit all my treatments, and also that PRP wasn't really going to help. He also mentioned that I was not a good candidate for a hair transplant because of some side thinning. Even though he isn't even a hair transplant surgeon. Also for whatever reason he thought I had been dealing with hair loss for 20 years. At the time of my visit I was 30. I started loosing my hair at 18. Not even close to 20 years. Another example of his poor communication skills is when he told me side thinning was not natural, and is usually due to some sort of illness. When I tried to ask for some examples, he wouldn't answer my question, nor would he answer what some general causes of side hair thinning were. Instead he was responding with "I'm not saying you have an illness." Instead of answering my question. I wasn't asking for a diagnosis, cause that's not his field, I was just asking for some causes of side thinning. This so called "expert" couldn't even answer a simple question. I mean, did it ever occur to him that I was asking that question so I could find a way to reverse my side thinning? Apparently not. Also at the end of it, he tried talking me into paying for one of his services? Are you kidding me? I already wasted money on this consultation, and he's expecting me to waste more money on his services, when he can't answer a simple question. His expertise on hair loss is dubious as well. Especially since there are people who were nearly bald and have at least gained coverage/fuller on their scalps through treatments. The worst part though is that he is not costumer friendly at all. He doesn't know how to talk to people at all. I like many people are already going through something very emotionally and mentally taxing. We'd appreciate someone who came from a place of understanding, instead of acting like a know it all, egomaniac. His receptionist was quite rude as well, coming across as hostile and cold. Maybe the reviews are from people who come in for skin injections, rather than scalp injections, which explains the glowing reviews. And even then there are some complaints about Sani making the customers uneasy. But when it comes to hair loss, this isn't the right place. Oh and Sani if you are reading this, this is Prasanna (my birth name) so hopefully you remembered your lack of professionalism during my appointment.

Thx soooo much to Dr. Suni and the team for such a wonderful care and Botox treatment! Beside the great customer service, my under eye and forehead wrinkles are perfectly smooth, as expected! It truly worth driving so far to visit your office for the awesome treatment! I believe the number of Botox units, were just right for the amount of wrinkles, for my face!
