I appreciate every single client and staff memeber here they played a big part of my recovery

I can't say enough good things about Support Systems.  The entire staff really cares and it shows.  They are always checking in on you and doing their best to make sure you are comfortable.  At the front of the house, Jeff, Russ and Donna are amazing.  Janelle is great.  Mr. (please, come again) Henry and Ken are cool dudes help take care of client needs. My counselor was Judy and she is fantastic.  She really tries to work with you and isn't pushy about it. She goes the extra mile for you.  Philipe is the other counselor and he is great too.  (Best Greek dance I've ever seen)The staff in the Med Shack are wonderful.  Scotty, Carrie, Marci, Nicole, Coach, Michelle and Melissa.  They really are fun and caring people.And OMG the food! Felix is the chef and the food is some of the best I've ever had. (He's a Dodger though so give him hell Giants fans)On a personal note, I thought just doing detox would 'fix' me.  I tried four times over two years before coming to the realization that I needed more. I was terrified to be away from my 5yo daughter for so long.  But I knew this would only be a small blip in her life so I surrendered and committed to the 30 day program like they told me I should from the first time I was there.  It totally reset my brain and was just what I needed.  I was able to form relationships with other clients which was the start to my recovery foundation.  I regained mental clarity and found some inner peace.  Today I am 60 days sober and feeling great!  Looking forward to coming back for alumni nights.In regards to the one star reviews, I read them all, and they are all isolated incidents.  Every business has logistical issues on occasion.  And this is not dirty, I can attest to that as we did chores twice a day.  Which really just make you feel accomplished and like you are pulling your weight for the house.  Disregard the bad reviews, for real, this place is legit.  Nothing but love,Chris Cav

I had a pleasant experience with support systems and my stay was productive. The tools I have gained and the foundation I have built is without parallel. I have nothing to compare it to due to this being my first go around in a recovery / treatment center but i give it a thumbs up and recommend the program to any struggling addict/ alcoholic who is in need of a different way. It was a life changing experience the staff was hands on and helped me every step of the way. And there is on going support offered for long term sobriety.  I will miss the place and the people I have made life long friendship and my recovery exit plan is strong.

I had a wonderful experience here. This was my 5th residential treatment center. The difference between this and others was that my counselor helped me identify the root issues of my substance abuse. I have remained sober for almost 3 months since, this is the longest I've been able to stay sober since starting my recovery journey 4 years ago. I highly recommend Support Systems. If you or a loved one really wants sobriety and is willing to utilize everything they have to offer, they WILL help in any way they can.

Support systems is amazing, I came in broken and left with tools for recovery that will last a lifetime. The staff are very open and accommodating to your needs. I can't speak highly enough about the staff. Great place to get your life back in track.

What can I say about this place Honestly this place saved my life they are strict and hard at times but the counselors there only care about one thing and that's helping you achieve your goals in life and help carve a pathway to your sobriety. I came into rehab expecting the worst I was a mess I was crying and wanted to leave and give up but in due time and with patience I got through it ok and in better shape then when I got there. The cook that's on site is amazing the food quality is great Amanda was my counselor she was hard but just in helping me understand that a life without drugs is actually possible I've been sober for over a year and a half and I don't put my success on anyone except myself the people there are trying to help everyone achieve a higher power in life and in mind.Don't get me wrong this place isn't for everyone if your serious about your recover then this is the place there's nothing fancy about it and that's what you need in a rehab in order to stay sober it's a must and I say must if you have a loved one that's struggling with addictions to come here and to move on to an SLE which means sober living environment for at least 6 months after your stay at the rehab. Keep sober stay sober live your life one day at a time and keep in contact with the ones you hold dear you have to get past the hardships and downfalls in order to see the light at the end of the tunnel this was the hardest thing I've ever had to do in my life and it had to be in order for it to work for me much love Amanda Ken Stephanie and Mike love you guys and thank you
