So this is my third time at Support Systems. The staff here are very supportive and they care a lot. I've been to a lot of treatment centers and I keep coming back to this one because I really feel like it is a safe place for me and I really feel like the staff really want to help me get better. The food is amazing we have a new chef who is top tier. Also we do fun activities like going to the park nearby. This time i was completely honest and worked through my core issues with the help of the counselors. I felt safe during my detox and the medications they gave me helped my withdrawals symptoms disappear. Allowing me to focus on myself and not get distracted is one of the reasons I love this program they don't allow you to have a phone or a tv in your room so you can work on yourself. To sum it up I would recommend this program to anyone struggling with addiction.
Genuine staff that gives a shit about my recovery, even with being light on staff. My foundation for my recovery started here and I am grateful for that.
Hello to anyone anywhere in need of a life reset button. I came here completely unwilling to give alcohol/addiction one more chance to heal from. I previously had double digit recovery with sponsor ,step work, and fellowship in tact and active but picked up once a long time of "family first mortality" took precedence over my meeting attendance. I thought I knew it all and was doomed to a life of fear, sadness, and slow death. Support System Homes saved my life. My family is grateful and I am once again connected to life! The staff here is amazing from the Intake to the Chef and beyond! If you feel like you have a life of nothingness ahead of you, please reach out and let the miracle happen! Sincerely, -Nick P-
I came to Support Systems after a relapse this year. What I received immediately was care and concern for my safety and well being. My friend knew about Support Systems and recommended I should go there. Fortunately they had a open bed when I discharged from a nearby hospital. This was not my first time in a residential treatment program and I truly needed one to recuperate and restart my recovery. Staff and counselors were extremely supportive and understanding. It really helps to "ask for help" and having a desire to stop using. My way was not working and I learned a tough lesson after that relapse. Support Systems also offered outpatient care services and they do follow up calls to check on my progress. I'm still clean and do my recovery everyday- Gratefully!
I can't say enough good things about Support Systems. The entire staff really cares and it shows. They are always checking in on you and doing their best to make sure you are comfortable. At the front of the house, Jeff, Russ and Donna are amazing. Janelle is great. Mr. (please, come again) Henry and Ken are cool dudes help take care of client needs. My counselor was Judy and she is fantastic. She really tries to work with you and isn't pushy about it. She goes the extra mile for you. Philipe is the other counselor and he is great too. (Best Greek dance I've ever seen)The staff in the Med Shack are wonderful. Scotty, Carrie, Marci, Nicole, Coach, Michelle and Melissa. They really are fun and caring people. And OMG the food! Felix is the chef and the food is some of the best I've ever had. (He's a Dodger though so give him hell Giants fans)On a personal note, I thought just doing detox would 'fix' me. I tried four times over two years before coming to the realization that I needed more. I was terrified to be away from my 5yo daughter for so long. But I knew this would only be a small blip in her life so I surrendered and committed to the 30 day program like they told me I should from the first time I was there. It totally reset my brain and was just what I needed. I was able to form relationships with other clients which was the start to my recovery foundation. I regained mental clarity and found some inner peace. Today I am 60 days sober and feeling great! Looking forward to coming back for alumni nights. In regards to the one star reviews, I read them all, and they are all isolated incidents. Every business has logistical issues on occasion. And this is not dirty, I can attest to that as we did chores twice a day. Which really just make you feel accomplished and like you are pulling your weight for the house. Disregard the bad reviews, for real, this place is legit. Nothing but love,Chris Cav
Easy check in, staff was very helpful filling out forms and getting me started. Rooms are clean and ready, facility is clean, staff and other clients are very friendly. The classes and groups are effective and it was very easy to open up and felt comfortable doing so. Scheduled were maintained appropriately, assignments were very helpful and allowed me to be more self aware and to deal with my addiction openly and honestly. Meals are top of the line and healthy. I'm leaving with solid foundation and motivation to maintain my sobriety. I am receiving much information about treatment. I highly recommend this facility to anybody looking for addiction treatment.
I recently attended Support Systems for treatment and overall was very pleased with my experience. Everyone who is employed there has personal experience with recovery and is able to relate: this, in my opinion made a huge positive impact on my experience while participating in the program. They helped me learn how to laugh again and find my smile as well as many other healthy techniques and skills along the way. The facility was clean and I always felt safe. Plus, I was able to smoke my cigarettes!I only rated 4 stars, because like anything else in life, nothing's perfect and that's okay with me.
I had stayed at Support systems for a full 40 day Detox + residential treatment. The staff from the very beginning was awesome and has helped me through a lot of issues and provided great support. My insurance did not cover my program however, the price for treatment was not as expensive as other facilities. I got just as much out of this, if not more than other treatment programs. The rooms and beds are very comfortable and the food is amazing as its cooked fresh, on site daily. My overall stay was an awesome experience as Ill never forget what I learned here. I will implement what I learned here on a daily basis as I work through my recovery on the outside. I just want to thank all the staff for what they have taught me through this process. I would highly recommend Support systems to anyone who is on the fence, or struggling with addiction.
Amazing support from all the staff, and addressed all my needs. Very clean facility, and amazing food.
At support systems homes I came in as a broken man who was a drunk everyday. Through classes and an excellent staff after 30 days I am leaving as a recovering alcoholic with many tools to stay sober.
My experience was great. Learned about recovery and myself. Would recommend this program to anyone!BM
Overall I had a great experience. Originally, I had planned to only do the 7 day detox. I decided to stay for 30 days and I'm glad I did. The staff and counselors were great in helping me with my recovery.

I would refer this program to anyone it was very helpful towards me and my recovery. I learned a lot of tools from the staff and the counselors and everyone is friendly here.
It was an amazing experience, I love my counselor Judy, she teaches recovery very well. Also the counseling staff, Donna, Peggy, Coach, Marcy and Scotty made my stay here comfortable. It felt like they cared a lot about me and the whole group here. Jeff is an asset to this company he really cares about the clients individually and takes care of anything that is needed. The only bad thing is Racheal is always in a mood and very unprofessional. The food here is good but sometimes she doesn't know how to talk to people.
Going in, I was completely frightened. It's my first time at a rehab and I didn't know what I was getting myself into. Staff immediately made feel at home and assured me that I was in the right place. Turns out they were right. I can't describe how much I enjoyed staying here and working on recovery. I really needed to sit down and shut up and listen! I highly recommend coming here, even if it's just for detox. We all deserve a chance.
I think overall it was a pleasant experience feel like the curriculum was thorough, the staff was pleasant, knowledgeable during the time I needed help. I would recommend this to any that needs assistance with drugs and alcohol.
