Lisa Cung is amazing!!  She changed my mom's life. After being misdiagnosed and dismissed by other doctors, Lisa listened to her and ordered tests that finally found the reason for all my mom's pain. She's caring, compassionate and very knowledgeable. She's a life saver!!

After years of pain I went to Pacific pain institute as a last resort. And it was the best decision I ever made and I wish I did it sooner. Doctors dismissed my pain complaints and referred me to a therapist. After seeing nurse practitioner Lisa Cong she ordered tests/mri and found the cause of my pain. She also made suggestions to change my medications until we found what worked best for me. She has helped me so much. Im so thankful for her knowledge and patience. I would definitely recommend this office. And Nivia at the front desk is wonderful!!

I had a prescription that needed to be refilled.  It-s been more then a month that I have tried to get a medication replaced.  I even did a police report like I was supposed to do.  I-ve had 2 appointments already and have no answer for the dr if the NEW medication is working.  Also I was supposed to get someone to call to schedule a procedure and still nothing.  Don-t waste you money here.  It really should be neg 5 stars.

Although I scheduled an appointment with Dr Razi, I was assigned to Dr Ng. A bit annoying, but Dr Ng is professional and competent. The office staff is nice and the location is better managed compared to other offices in the group.

Three discrepancies on my WC utilization review.  Office staff kept pushing me into a four week program when I have a family member having open heart surgery.  Very unhappy with this doctor and some of the staff.

Dr. Razi was great and very knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone in pain to go see him.

Dr. Razi and his amazing office staff took great care of me for 7 years. When I needed them most. I no longer take pain meds and now have a dr who helped me take a new direction. I miss dr Razi. He is an awesome person and great dr. Thank you Dr Razi for taking care of me.

I was injured in 2012 and lived in San Leandro at the time. For a year and a half we drove to a pain management physician in Fremont whose office staff was horrible. Nobody in the office was well versed in workers compensation, much less federal work comp. Finally, I had enough and looked for a physician closer to my home. Dr. Razi was 5 minutes from my home, the office staff was great, and they are well versed in federal Work Comp. Since then, we have moved to Sacramento and I have continued to see him in the Fairfield office because they are that good! I would highly recommend!

I would never refer anyone to this office. Very unprofessional lacking basic customer service. If you don't get your needs taken care of while you are there in the office you are out of luck. No one hardly if ever will answer the phones. If you attempt to leave a message as a patient it goes to a fax line. In other words we don't care about you as a patient. They want the money you walk in the office but afterwards but after you walk out the door they want nothing to do with you.

Good luck trying to get call back or make an appointment. I went elsewhere and made an appointment with my first call.
