List of Urgent, Primary, And Specialty Care Willow Glen-El Camino Health's Reviews
Dr. Pascua is an amazing PCP. She is always nice and friendly. She is very thorough in her medical assessments and addresses the issue. She really cares about the health and well-being of her patients. I've been seeing her for over 20 years!
Has xray on site
My visits with Dr Anthony Nguyen and his assistant Laura has been most pleasant and informative and takes the time to answer all my questions Or concerns with detail in Layman's terms. I’m very satisfied with his care, Thank you This visit was at another El Camino Health center on Pollard not the Willow Glen location. I was referred by the Willow Glen location as I was advised there wasn’t a hand and wrist orthopedic doctor on site.
The doctors and the assistants here are very caring and know their patients. When my health insurer, Caremore, left this area, I wanted to find a plan that included my same doctors. I found Alignment. So I am happy. Update: This medical provider later changed the insurance provider to Scan insurance. I switched insurance again to keep my doctors. Great doctors, but I liked Alignment better.
Doctor offices with xray and laboratory.
The radiology department timings should be mentioned explicitly. They sometimes close at 4:30pm ,like yesterday and sometimes they close at 5pm. Whereas the website shows 6pm as their closing time.
I am placing a 1star as we did not visit Urgent Care at El Camino Yesterday. This is the 2nd time receiving such a text without a visit.
Great
I’ve been having pain and I’ve had my knee x-rayed several times finally the third time around after months of pain and not being able to well walk I went to urgent care on Lincoln. Ave . There was no wait and I went right in I had the best doctor. He literally drained my knee and also gave me a shot for pain, and finally after my visit I don’t have any pain and can walk.
Do not go to El Camino. I used to think very highly of this place. I think all the workers were great hard-working and it was a great environment to be in. It's hard to find a Doctor Office you can feel comfortable and trust the doctors at because that's your personal business and you want to feel like you feel safe and comfortable having a doctor help you now that I'm finding out that a lot of people may reports on me behind my back being fake to me. It really shows your character what they've done to me for their behavior. Everybody's fake here some day someone will treat you the way you guys treated me instead of being a good person and helping instead of making false reports. El Camino is disgusting hospital to me. I'd rather die from an injured and go to El Camino and deal with these types of people. The care they have for their patients there is awful.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
