The doctor's office keeps deleting this review so re-adding to make sure more people don't fall victims of medical malpractice in this office. Please avoid this office by all means if you don't want to: - spend 4 nights in Good Samaritan ICU recovering from the severe lung damage caused by unprofessional anesthesiology in their shady operational room - end up with the permanent facial paralysis and parotid duct damage due to the multiple nerve injuries. I'm not even talking about horrible scars, this is the least of all concerns. But the worst thing is complete ignorance and denial to take any responsibility - so please don't be misled by Mr. Lepore's great manners and superficial politeness. He instructed his staff to discharge the patient home after the surgery when they couldn't breathe on their own with the oxygen level below 75%. If not the proximity to the Good Sam ER, the patient wouldn't have survived. Mr. Lepore refused to deal with the facial paralysis issues stating that "he is not a facial nerve specialist". Any questions around permanent facial lumps formed after the surgery were answered with "I have no idea" and, finally, "Notice of Termination of Physician-Patient Relationship" letter. (MRI and CT scan performed at Stanford Plastic Surgery Center revealed irreversible parotid gland damage). I'm not sure how Mr. Lepore can be at peace with himself after all of this. Also, it looks like his name is known at Stanford Plastic Surgery Center and Palo Alto Medical Foundation because of the patients who end up there with the injuries after the procedures he performs.
Dr Lepore performed Vaser lipo with renuvion and botox on me (separate visits). I would not recommend Dr.Lepore. In consult he is very kind. After surgery, I felt like he couldn't be bothered. My lipo didn't turn out well and I have followed up several times without a response. The Botox, it got into my eye muscle and my eye dropped way down for several weeks. I have had botox several times, never experience an issue. Dr Lepore followed up after seeing this review, he asked "do you want botox" then told me he is retiring in the next few months. I do not recommend Dr Lepore or the practice he is part of, Reveal Plastic Surgery.

Ended up in the hospital ICU right after the surgery. Lifetime disability due to the facial paralysis and parotid gland damage. Complete ignorance and denial to take responsibility. After reaching out couple times asking for help, got "Notice of Termination of Physician-Patient Relationship" letter.

I couldn't be happier with my choice of PS. I started doing research two years prior to my BA surgery and decided to book a consultation with Dr. Lepore. His whole team is very friendly and welcoming. During my consultation, Dr. Lepore addressed all my options and gave me his input on what he thought was best for my body type, as well as taking consideration of what I envisioned. I left very excited and confident and booked a date for surgery a month later! On surgery date, I arrived at 6am and met with the nurse and the anesthesiologist. Very kind and fun people! It's been about two months post-op and I'm loving the results! I can't thank Dr. Lepore and his wonderful team enough! From day one, I felt in good hands and was very comfortable throughout the entire process! Definitely recommend! 10/10 :)
I love Dr.Vincent Lepore!!!!!I had a neck lift, a mid face lift, and a lower eye lift. My neck lift looks like I'm in my 20's!!!!! So happy with my mid lift, and my lower eye lift has improved!!He has been very kind and considerate!I went to 11 plastic surgeons before I found my "magic man"!!!! What an artist! He is the absolute best!!!!!Thank you Dr. Lepore!!!!!
I had a facial with Gretchen, the office's esthetician and it was a lovely, relaxing experience. My skin glowed afterwards, and Gretchen's professionalism and integrity are exceptional. I am looking forward to returning to the office in the near future.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
