I saw two therapists, Brittany in 2022 and the owner in 2024. I completed the program with Brittany in 2022 and dropped out (due to my personal circumstances) with the owner in 2024. The owner is very caring and professional, but since I did not complete the program with him, I'll focus on my experience with Brittany. Brittany is a great therapist. She is a very careful listener, which helped her treat my subtle (but quite distressing) balance issue. She prescribed exercises to help safely provoke the balance issue and thereby train the brain to respond appropriately to it. She has clearly understood vestibular dysfunction so well! She is also great at explaining the "why" and "how" of the issue and its treatment. The exercises she prescribed were hard enough to be challenging, but not overwhelming. She frequently adapted them to be comfortable and effective. The office experience was pleasant, organised and efficient. Balance issues can be quite scary, but Brittany gave me encouragement I needed to face them. I'm grateful to her for the work she did during a difficult time in my life.

Vortex is amazing! I can’t express how welcoming and knowledgeable the staff there has been for me. I learned more from my 8 weeks there than any other doctor or specialist throughout my vestibular journey. I highly recommend Vortex! Truly life changing.

I came to Vortex that was recommended by my doctor. I was so bad and I was frighten beyond not being able to do anything but sit and stare for a week. They got me in immediately. All I can say is that they were so kind and gentle with me. Reassuring me to trust them they would help me and not be afraid. I had such a good response on the first treatment and did my exercises as told. They were so much easier to do because when you have severe vertigo, you are just frozen and scare beyond words. I don't remember how many treatments but it wasnt alot. The therapy worked so well. I am FOREVER GRATEFUL TO THIS AMAZING "BRITTANY CURRY "MY THERAPIST . I believe I did a yelp but I don't see it. My vertigo happened 01/1/2022

We were so happy to be seen by their knowledgeable and up to date in technique PT to treat my mom that was suffering with vertigo for 1.5 months. They have a waiting list (which is a good sign) so if you're wanting to be seen by a PT urgently, I recommend to get on the waiting list. The Office Manager is super friendly, organized and communicates so quickly and thoroughly. The person that answers the phone for a business or replies to emails is such an important role. By the time I had found Vortex, I had spoken to a number of other businesses. Vortex by far had the best customer service. If I hear of anyone having balance issues or vertigo, I would highly recommend this business to them.
