I came to west park dental in April and found out I needed to get all 4 wisdom teeth extracted. I made an appointment to get them extracted in May and had something come up and had to cancel. I have been calling back to make my next appointment for the extraction and kept getting told to call back, when they should be the ones to confirm with me. I called them 2 weeks ago and they said they’d have to check with the dentist to ensure he could do the procedure. I called back today since I never received an update and she informed me “he’s unable to do the extraction and we’re going to refer you”. I find it hard to believe he’s unable to do the extraction, when all my X-rays were done here and already had a set date for the appointment. It is also a waste of time having to call back myself and now 3 months later find out, I could’ve been referred and had the procedure. Overall very disappointed in the organization and professionalism here!

This dental office is wonderful. Everyone has a beautiful smile and a very pleasant attitude, which makes the visit enjoyable. From the X-rays to the teeth cleaning, the staff thoroughly explained everything that needs to be monitored and which crowns may need replacement in the future. They will also check with my insurance company to find out how much of the treatment will be covered.

This dentist office made me feel very comfortable as soon as I walked in I would highly recommend this office to anyone with anxiety about going to the dentist not only were they kind they helped me with things that have been causing me problems for months in a matter of moments.

These reviews and "awards" are definitely misleading which made a lot of sense after the staff pressured me to leave a review while standing in front of them which made me feel uncomfortable. Aside from that, the dental exam was extremely rushed after I waited for a very long time to be seen by the doctor. There was not a hygienist there to properly clean my teeth. An assistant roughly polished them and then the doctor spent maybe 2 minutes cleaning them, both dripping water all over me. Dental instruments looked really dingy and the place stunk. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Friendly staff, everyone works hard and seems busy. The only thing is they don’t really tell you what they’re going to do to you or what’s going on. You have to advocate for yourself and ask them questions. Other than that good and efficient place to get work done.
