Ive been seen by other pulmonologists before but Dr. Tseng is definitely the best one so far so I have been seeing Dr. Tseng for years now. He really takes his time and spends effort on answering my many questions at every visit and his staff is absolutely fantastic.

Dr. Tseng is wonderfully compassionate and detailoriented. He spent at least 45 minutes on the day of my visit investigating the causes of my difficulty breathing and explained thoroughly his reasoning. A+++

My mother and I couldnt have found a better person for a 2nd opinion. He was very respectful to what my mother had to say about her cough and wasnt instantly dismissive like our previous lung doc.

Not recommend this doctor unless you are rich.Be careful he can charge you far away above average price.No lab test no exam not taking any medicine just 15~20min consultant. Though the suggested price of doctor fee from Palo Alto Medical Foundation website is 145$ I still got a 500$ bill for no detail explanation. Sutter Health said they cant guarantee charge from the doctor.The CPT code 99024 for a new patient can charge you 500$.Feel been cheated feel disappointed.Never never never visit again.
