Camino Health Center - San Juan Capistrano's Online Review Report Card

DR.Molina and staff have consistantly been very professional, kind, delivering expert care for my son. Today, she was out in front of the Health Center in full gear after working all day testing patients for Covid. She really cares and wr thank God for her!

Dr Colin, Tran, has been one of the greatest doctors I've seen at Camino. He is very caring person. He really makes a connection with his patients putting a smile on your face, I really appreciate him in taking his time to get to know his patients and familiarize with you. He ​is an awesome doctor and person!

The reviews of this place are fair. But don’t talk about Camino health center as a whole. It is dependent on who you see, I’ve had 3 total PAs help me and 2/3 were amazing. Colin Tran is pretty much the top tier that I am lucky to have found. No sugar coating he’s just an amazing doctor and person. Try to book him because he will take the bad parts out of visiting the doctors and at least make you smile! He’s done things that all my past doctors didn’t try or even think about so extremely grateful!

Very easy scheduling. Well-run facility with courteous staff. Colin Tran, the PA, is very thoughtful. He has a unique warmth in the way he connects and explains things.

My initial experience here was good. In 2020 I decided to find a GP from the recommendation of my sister. My sister sent me a link to Camino Health Center and Dr Rojas and Veva. 2020 I made an apt with Veva because I have Asthma and couldn't breathe because of the smoke from the fires. Instead when I arrived they had made an apt for a pap smear. This was ok because I needed one. I did speak about my asthma and how I was hospitalized before and needed an inhaler because I couldn't breathe or swim as I usually do because of the smoke. Veva was very kind.I have now been hired for a position and I cannot wear a mask. I called and tried to make an apt, with Veva. She is not there any more. So they had someone else call me. The person who called me was HORRID!! I explained that I just got hired for a part time position because my business was demolished due to covid. I told her I had asthma and was hospitalized for not being able to breathe and asked if she would sign a doctors note for my work. I was told she was not going to sign anything and that "You have to COMPLY!!!" You have to COMPLY!! What does COMPLY have to do with someone who has been suffering from ASTHMA since she was a baby??? How may Millions of times have I not been able to BREATHE in my life from asthma and this HORRID person can only say COMPLY???? When I was hospitalized in Mission Hospital the doctors YELLED at me to never let my oxygen level go down ever again!!! And Camino Health Center tells me to COMPLY???Maybe your license should be revoked!! There are no doctors here!

The service was very friendly and helpful. Got a physician that literally let me know everything and gave me more sources to help me and overall gave the best physical health advice I've gotten.

They're suppossed to be a clinic for people with financial hardship and they charge 100 per visit.Stay away !

Dr Colin Tran.. He is a Very Good Doctor. The Best Doctor I ever had, you won't be disappointed.

Part 1My concern of this review is to make the General Manager or President of the Company aware of the functions and matters on how things are handled based on the Safety, Health and Protection of the Patients and clients that have chosen this Clinic as we are putting our lives, our loved ones lives and recommend to others based on performance and functionality that delivers at least to normal standards.On 8/11/2021 2:45pm my son had an appointment at San Juan Capistrano office Camino Health and was forgotten about upon the front realizing they simply replied with oops sorry the Dr is packing and leaving for the day and sending him away with a later appointment for the following day at a farther location. Not even addressing his reasons for the visit. Nothing no concerns whatsover!!! Huge Error #1Error #2 They did not offer another form of service such as Urgent care as the Manager Mary at the San Clemente ofc states they did but she is covering her staff, because if they did he would have taken it. Imagine someone waiting almost an hour only to drive back home to come back the next day wasting time and gas and drive farther out for an even later appointment 🤔So Mary the message you left me was not true he was not offered another option. I believe you are covering yourself as it fails you as a manager to foresee your basic duties and at this one none is basic in the medical field. YOU ARE NEGLECTING YOUR DUTIES PERIOD!! AND remember you told me you get back with a resolution, well your excuse or answer was not near a RESOLUTION so you failed at delivering and your word means nothing at this point to me. It's scary to think the position you're in , it's not suitable for even a veterinarian office setting not that it's less of a place as Anomals lives are important too and let alone those that think going there will be safe and in good hands or recieve care at all.I strongly recommend this gets looked into and addressed as people lives are at stake here and we trust and denpend on care not only could you perform basic care and office functions but safety and the protection of people's lives are at question under your care and you simply called me with an excuse to defend such questioning neglect under your watch and not a single resolution of prevention of son's health concerns and or safety.Error #3 Bad customer service and proper care and handling of Patients in need. So non caring is Erin the Manager at San Juan never replied back to me but with no regards the other Manager Mary at San Clemente was of no use nor help nor reassuring so it shows me what am I needing to do here? REPORT THE NEGLECTING AND PLEASE BEWARE AND AWARE MAYBE HELP REMIND THE STAFF OF THEIR DUTIES.!!! Thank you for sharing thus and caring for one another ❤ 💕STAFF/MANAGER 👎👎👎 ESPECIALLY NEEDS RETRAINING OR REPLACEMENT to see that Operation is PROPERLY HANDLED.In the meantime I am waiting for a response from a higher up with reassuring commitment to Patient Care and services.
