Maria Savitt's Online Review Report Card

Saw her today, and LOVE her! She actually takes the time to explain everything to you; even drawing examples to show direct impact of what you do and how to care for yourself. It sounds simple, but no other Dr has taken the time to do that. It's much appreciated.

Amazing. Every visit with Dr Savitt, she takes the time to talk directly with me, not at me. She is kind, caring and compassionate, everything I need in a Dr. Scheduling an appointment during the day isn't a big deal, however her hours are limited and appointments later in the day are usually not possible.

I had an appointment with Dr. Savitt a month ago and I have severe asthma. She was wearing very strong perfume and I said to her, "she shouldn't wear so much when she works because not only is it off putting but for people like myself it really effects my breathing". I am going to the Dr. for help, I shouldn't be uncomfortable and anxious during my visit! She really didn't seem to care and kind of rolled her eyes and said sorry. Then when she left for a moment I heard her complaining to other staff about my comment! She actually had the nerve, first acting so unprofessional, but to actually think I was in the wrong for saying something!!! Absolutely unacceptable, I would expect that behavior from a child not my Doctor who's job is to care about other people!! Dr. Savitt should not be in this industry, she has no respect and honestly is pretty unintelligent! Dr. offices should be a safe place and I felt completely belittled and disrespected! Horrific experience, I will never be back to see her!!!

I'm not happy with this doctor. When I scheduled my appt. I requested a slot where I could discuss many of my health issues during my physical and pap exam. The receptionist told me I should be able to address all my issues in the 45min instead 1hr. Well when I got back to the room the nurse was very nice but forgot to take my blood pressure. I complained of a urinary tract infection but they didn't take my urine sample. When the doctor came in the room she greeted me but without a handshake but thats not a big deal I'm just used to doctors who meet you for the first time to shake your hand. After she came in, everything was very rushed. My papsmear hurt worst than it ever has. She had to stick the clap in me 3 times. she had no time to hear out my concerns.I left the office more confused and frustrated that when I came. This was my first visit at this office and was supposed to be a physical exam. I askd her if I could show her a rash that was developing on my arm which look like psoriasis or ring worm, she wouldn't look. She said I have no more time and suggested I make another appt. I felt ripped off. We pay so much for health insurance and I'm disapointed I couldn't address important health issues at my physical exam. This was by far the worse doctor visit I've ever experienced. My appointment was in the morning maybe she had a bad start. Thats not my fault

I absolutely LOVE this doctor. She actually listens to me. She is very compassionate. She calls me with all test results very quickly. She is excellent.

She's really good, spent a lot of time with me, addressed all my concerns and questions, did correct diagnosis, and called me with the test results. Very warm and pleasant.
