Fabulous team!!!! They were amazing!!!!
I've been suffering and rawdogging nerve pain in my hip for TWO YEARS and Memorial Care made sure I didn't receive any care whatsoever. SHIT
I was very happy with the Professional help!
Doctor so good.nice.
I didn't wait long for the appointment.Dr. Bianca understood my problem orderd x-rays and physical therapy.I was able to get the x-rays taken in under an hour.
I saw Dr Behnaz Babknia on Monday afternoon for severe pain in my right lower pelvic area. I was pretty sure it was my appendix but she disagreed, scheduled an ultra sound 35 minutes from my house that I was to drive to for the next day. I ended up in the ER, my appendix had burst. I could have died. She said because of my age, 63, it was unlikely it was my appendix. I won't be going back there. It has been my family's urgent care ever since they opened. Brushing me off because of my age and I didn't have all of the classic symptoms was clearly not ok.
I was very disappointed with our visit today. My son had severe throat pain and could not swallow his saliva, but there was no doctor available. Only a nurse practitioner looked at him quickly and told us to go home. She was not kind, she did not explain things clearly, and at the end she seemed upset and just walked out.She also could not give us a clear diagnosis and did not decide on the correct medicine. She told us to choose between two medicines ourselves, which was very strange and unprofessional. Medicine choices should not be left for the parents to guess.I did not feel that our concerns were taken seriously, and I did not feel safe or supported as a parent in this clinic. When a child is in pain, we expect careful attention, clear communication, and proper medical guidance. I hope this clinic improves the way they treat families in the future.
Honestly and knowledge. Doctor to patient interaction was very good.
Care is completely fragmented. Getting anything done is extremely difficult. I needed cancer surgery, surgeon ordered bloodwork but I could not get it done at MemorialCare needed to make appointment at Labcorp but nobody told me. Then I needed some pre-op clearance, my MemorialCare pcp couldn't help because claimed she did not have information she needed. Surgeon couldn't help. Surgeon didn't use MyChart even though she was MemorialCare surgeon. Was such a complete nightmare. Then couldn't get appointment with any cardiologist what was needed for pre-op clearance. I left messages but nobody got back to me. Again complete nightmare And after I finally got my cancer treatment (after 13, I really do not exaggerate, 13 appointments I also reached my oop max. MemorialCare kept charging me even though I gave them the letter that stated I reached my oop max. This all happened in 2024 and I am still waiting to get reimbursed by MemorialCare for what I paid over my oop max. I filed complaint with DMHC and with their help MemorialCare finally admitted that they overcharged me and DMHC ordered them to reimburse me. Still waiting for reimbursement.
Personable and caring...listened to my issues and helped me solve them.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
