Dr. Trinh is an excellent doctor who provides thorough and thoughtful care. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and listens attentively to your concerns. She’s also responsive to emails and follow-up questions, which makes communication easy and reassuring.

I would not recommend this doctor. My daughter contacted me after her visit, and she was in tears, emotionally upset. I asked what’s going on. She stated that the doctor treated her like she had no self worth and completely rushed their visit. I’m highly skeptical of other reviews. Anyways, I can only share with you, the experience, my daughter went through. If you value your family getting their concerns addressed, do not send them to this doctor. My daughter left with nothing addressed and feeling utterly helpless.

I had a list of questions I was eager to ask but she never gave me the chance. I was told to “book another visit”. As a new patient, I left feeling dismissed and unwelcome. I can say with certainty that Mimi Trinh provided the worst “care” I have ever received, spanning multiple doctors across the US. I will not be returning.

Worst experience my partner has ever had with a PCP. Trinh was unprofessional and rude because she saw my partner after the appointment start time due to paper work administration and preliminary vitals. She was at Memorial Care exactly on time. Absolutely not how a patient should be treated. Would not recommend and will not be returning.

Dr. Trinh was very thorough, she explained things clearly so I can understand. She is friendly and always very professional
