I decided to see HK Dermatology because of their great reviews and having seen Dr. Kathleen Hutton years ago. Dr. Jeffrey Klein was not available, so I chose upon recommendation of Dr. Norma. She was very nice, thorough and answered all my questions. She even took my call a few days later with a question I had.

I always feel that I am in good hands with Dr. Norma! Since I am prone to developing skin cancers, regular and consistent checkups are a must. Dr. Norma and staff keep me on track. I feel confident I have the most excellent care!

I researched dermatologist and found Dr. Kassardjian through HOAG. She was extremely thorough with my examination, understood my concerns, identified in diagnosed areas in need of treatment, and provided treatment and aftercare which cleared up my skin cancer. As a clinician I appreciate this level of care and would refer patients without hesitation.

Dr Norma is an exceptional physician because she combines energies of caring and compassion with knowledge and expertise, an unusual combination in the medical field, in my experience. Her presence exudes compassion and healing as she deeply listens and responds to what needs attention in the physical realm at the moment. Recommend her highly. Also had a very good experience with the front desk in setting up my account in a new technological way.
