This is not a public facility. You cannot drop off samples; you cannot get blood drawn. This is a testing facility only!
Haven't gotten any blood work in a couple of years because my experience with Quest was so awful. Quest charged my co-pay and my insurance and then sent me to collections. The bill collection company tried to be menacing and threaten over the phone by saying my social security number and address to me. I know where you live better pay up etc. This is over less than $100 dollars. Icing on the cake is their bill collection company is hacked and my identity stolen. I skip blood tests every year for my doctor to avoid using their service. Year 4 and doc is insisting on a test. I see frustration in the near future.
This location is bs! Don't apply or do any business with this location.
If you are hoping to travel on a Covid-negative result, RUN. Quest publicly states that their turnaround is 2-3 days. Their website updates “frequently” so you can “know what to expect.”We have been waiting five days for a result, and are quarantined and unable to leave our hotel room. Tomorrow, Hawaii won’t even let you on a plane.Don’t trust these guys. Our plane was full of people with their results but the Quest people had a whole lot of nothing. They have zero way to expedite your results either, even if you call and complain.
Cool company location
Not for a sleeper semi with a 53 ft trailer

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
