My mother went to this doctors office after our physician of 25 years just retired to get some paperwork filled out for a surgery she is having. Now I live in Texas and when I get a phone call from my mother who is ill and and on top of that is having replacement hip surgery coming up and she is treated horribly by the staff, not cared for properly like a patient should be, and made to feel like she did something wrong for deciding she didn’t want to be seen by that office after driving an hour out of her way to be there and then hearing the staff under their breath talking negatively about her this is not ok and not good patient care. I would not recommend anyone going there after her experience.

HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF! I can't really rate the Physician because I never actually saw him - even though I kind of wish I had, because he sounds like a decent doctor. But his office staff is not doing him any favors, and they are the reason that I walked out! From the time I got to the office I had nothing but a horrible experience with them. I tried to give it a chance, but his wife who was at the front desk, his nurse, and her son who is the Receptionist, were so rude to me that I decided to leave before the doctor came into the exam room. I'm still shocked by their attitudes. It was my first time there and nobody was welcoming; first they didn't introduce themselves, and then I could hear them talking about me behind my back! I could tell from the minute I got there that they were annoyed because I arrived a few minutes late due to traffic, and I didn't have paperwork completed because guess what - not everyone is able to print it! I even apologized and told them I understood if they wanted to reschedule my appointment, but his wife told me no. But then I had to fill out pages of paperwork that I didn't expect to have to fill out, even though they already had my complete medical record! It was all redundant information. I could tell that they weren't happy about it (to say the least), and that vibe just cascaded from one person to the next to the next. It was definitely NOT the kind of first visit I expected! Then when I told the nurse that I was there to have the doctor do a pre-op clearance for me so that I can have surgery next month, she instantly told me that they didn't have time to do that today, and that I would have to make another appointment and come back. Then why did I even bother to go at all? I had told the receptionist when I called that I was coming in for that reason - only to be told they couldn't do it? That was pretty much when I got up and walked out. I live nearly an hour away from this office, and I only went to this doctor because my amazing, wonderful family doctor of 25 years, Dr. Prattes, retired, and this doctor took over his practice. Sad mistake. They make it abundantly clear that they don't need Dr. Prattes' patients. Needless to say, I won't be going back! And I would NOT recommend this office to any of Dr. Prattes' other patients!

He is not only a skilled family medicine and sports medicine doctor, he is the best at minor surgery. A very patient man. I have been his patient for ten years. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Reuland is attentive and discerning during a visit with him. He listens and explains his diagnosis patiently. I would recommend him as a primary care physician.

Great doctor. Even better listening to my laundry list of symptoms. Treated me in a timely basis without an appointment. Love his sense of caring. Well rounded and down to earth doctor. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Reuland is the best doctor I have ever seen. I am not a fan of seeing doctors at all. But Dr. Reuland has been wonderful. He is very friendly and shows he cares. The only down fall is dealing with the receptionist. He is not very friendly or warming. I always have a smile on my face and as soon as I walk in I can feel the negativity from the receptionist.
