Dr Rad was professional and provided a thorough exam based on the information the assistant gathered regarding my symptoms. Actually, he was more attentive than my GP.

The clinic was amazing. I was greeted at the door as soon as my dad and I arrived. The nurse was so kind to help my dad get in a wheelchair and assisted with his urine sample. The office was spotless! Dr was spot on, great bedside manner and knew his stuff. I’m definitely coming back to this Urgent care. Front desk receptionist helped me sign up for Mychart, an app to keep track of my dads medical results, etc…excellent experience for me.

Explained everything in clear and consice terms, and was very reassuring as well. Very nice, didn't shy away from a full physical exam despite my obvious Covid symptoms (and later positive result on the PCR test), and really was an excellent example of what I would consider a physician that truly cares for his patients.And despite having already answered all my questions during the consultation, he took the time to actually ask (twice, if I recall correctly), if I have any other questions for him.Would recommend this doctor (and urgent care) to anyone looking for a friendly, caring atmosphere that's both consciousness of keeping infectious people away from those with, say, a sprained ankle (as imediately upon recognizing I had a potentially infectious illness they had me wait in the car).Oh yeah, and got my covid test results (a PCR test at that!) next day, so really can't endorse it enough.

Like to express my thoughts about Dr. Kathleen Alva. No . 1, great doctor, she was very patient, did not rushed to get out or spent any time looking at computer asking you questions. She checked notes on the data base, then asked me how was I doing and what problem do I need help with. I explained my situation, she wrote everything down, and she explained to me how she can help me thru the examination. She found out what my problem was immediately and told me that all I needed was a couple of changes in my diet to stop the problem, and from there my symptoms would improved. Well, I did follow the diet, and guess what I already feel great, now I know what makes me feel very sick and very fatigued. No more, yay!!,, l feel amazing. All these years following all kinds of medication that would make me feel sick, I started the diet, feel like I have started a new life again. I can breath better now. I call her an Angel, she was meant to be a doctor. Very kind, considered with patients. She is a very kind soul. I highly recommend her.

Doctor Alva is the best. She is efficient, thorough and has a great bedside manner. She listens effectively and always has a course of action that gets you to where you need to be. I drive from Tustin to SJC just to be seen by her.

David Gonzalez is hands down the best doctor I have ever had. He is very knowledgeable and caring. He spends time asking questions to really understand how I feel.The rest of the staff is also amazing. I always feel welcome and I always feel like I am in good hands.
