Scam alert. Had someone leave a voicemail saying I had a delinquent balance and that it would be sent to collections if not resolved within 15 days. Called right back and spoke to someone who spoke broken English. When I pressed her she back tracked and said to please disregard the call and that there was no balance. I asked to speak to someone in leadership and of course they were “not available”.
I was here 90 days ago, and this place is so good o came back a second time. The ability to choose your own recovery is amazing! You can choose between smart recovery, AA, NA. Not a lot of facilities offer this vast service. The management staff is AMAZING! They’re always available to help you if you have any issues. The groups are well thought out to engage each patient in the recovery experience! Sue my therapist is so amazing I was assigned to her a second time. She really cares about each and every client! Not only the client but their family as well! They do family sessions which not only helps the client heal, but also the entire family surrounding the recovery process. The facility has private rooms, volleyball, surrounded by nature, indoor pool….I could go on forever….There is always something to do. I’ve seen several negative reviews. Those in my two 90 day opportunities are here that have left negative reviews and are complaining about being asked to leave had several opportunities before they were asked to leave. This facility is very flexible and works with all different backgrounds, and personalities and provides a program exclusive to each individual client! I love this place. I’m on my third week of my second stay, and can’t express enough how much I love the facility, staff, and other clients! I hope this helps you in planning your visit to Lincoln Recovery!!!
First of all this place has several names, including monarch shores and chapters. First it started with small things like inability to supply needed medication. Next the non existence of the promised gym which turned out to be something you would find in an 8 year old girls bedroom or even the private rooms promised on the website. More important the reason i came to treatment was to get stabilized on a sublocade shot, after 2 weeks of dishonesty I called my insurance company only to find out the paperwork was never submitted.upon leaving to go to an appropriately equipped facility they informed me that I can not take the non narcotic life sustaining medicine I brought with me which is worth nearly 2k per bottle because I did not finish they're program
i loved being able to attend this facility. some of the best people ive ever had the chance of meeting. the nursing staff is awesome. the bhts are some of the coolest around. from the great facilitators to the out of this world counselors aka brandi and that one of a kind anger management lady. lol. aka sis. you cant go wrong getting sober here. highly recommended in my book. i miss you all and i shall be back to visit first and than take my oath as harold jr. working right by his side. So excited cant wait.
Although this facility needs some improvements including staff training, the staff are focused on the patients, and I would recommend attending this facility!
I would like to say I was apprehensive about my stay, wow how wrong I could be. The facilities are second to none, amazing own room for privacy. I originally signed up for 30 days but ended up doing 90….if I could have done more I would. The staff are all fantastic, Ashley and Harold and their team are beyond helpful. The councilors, Elisabeth, Astrid, Kyle and the rest are amazing. Also Codie and the kitchen staff. The nurses really do help and all of the staff are there to listen, this place saved my life and I will be forever in there debt….I miss them all terribly. Neil
Don't bother with this place. There are a few nice staff, but the place itself will work against you in trying to stay clean and sober. They will create more problems for you then they help you with. If you enjoy arguing about petty things then this is your place. I'm being discharged because I want to go see my parents and family for my birthday. They won't take me to Dr appointments or SSA appointments. They created more problems for me and discharge me for following the rules. Don't go here. They have some serious management issues and you will regret going.
best rehab I have been to. I don't think i be sober now if it wasn't for them. very nice clean place.
The staff are amazing! Come heal with us
So I have been staying here for the last week, they only want your money and the staff is 50/50. Half of them are very professional and want to help you and see you get better but then you have nurses like specifically ASHLEY, she’s the head of the BHTs, she’s EXTREMELY disrespectful. She swears at us, curses left and right. She doesn’t treat anybody how they should be treated and god forbid you say one wrong thing to her they will and I first hand experienced it, they will SINGLE you out and make sure that they do everything in their power to make your stay rougher. She treats it like a playhouse, not a career. She thinks that it is okay to downgrade people and speak to them in a way that is not necessary when someone is in treatment. The head of the entire building is a male by the name of JEREMY. He is also a big problem, he doesn’t come out or around to see anything. If he likes you then you’re fine. Hell let you get away with anything you want, even sexual intercourse with other patients when that is against policy and against the contract that we sign when we first get there. He’s very disrespectful, he puts on a good show though. But when you’re in there and a patient. It’s a complete 180, the man is not what he seems to portray. They just want money, my first day there they were already pressuring me into extending my stay to the longest possible stay that my insurance would cover. These two need to be reassessed and their job titles need to be changed. They do not deserve to be in charge of this place, and I can tell you from first hand experience that everyone there agrees, even some staff (I won’t name them bc I don’t. Want to get anybody else in any trouble). They take complete advantage of their title and if you do ANYTHING to get on their bad side they will find any possible thing in the fine print that they can to kick you out and then they won’t even let you explain yourself. I personally really enjoyed my stay here but I watched multiple people get kicked out for the silliest things when you had MULTIPLE people in there acting like couples, having intercourse, getting CAUGHT and still allowed to stay? They only abide by the rules when it is convenient to them. This place needs some serious help in the faculty department. Like I said I enjoyed myself and the program did help me a lot but I would think about all this before you go and have yourself admitted here. JEREMY AND ASHLEY are BAD NEWS, they abuse their power and they are extremely rude to the patients once you’re locked in there.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
