This is a terrible place of business and the staff have no morality. Nobody to talk to when you need information and the phone lines are constantly putting you in a loop or u get a busy tone. They wont provide any real help to you

DO. NOT. COME. HERE. It is literally like prison There are literally cops inside of here 247And the food is horrible Cold disgusting and good luck if you have dietary restrictionsAnd they take FOREVER with your discharge papers. If you even kindly ask them about what’s going on with them they threaten to have you stay another night for asking themAND you see a doctor ONCE your whole stay. That could mean for a matter of days you are being fed medications or prescribed a regimen that is harmful to you but you won’t be seen or heard because you are the “crazy” one. All the doctors are stressed and not very sympathetic. Everyone hates their job their except for the egocentric few.And good luck if you have anxiety—they’ll just feed you sedatives until you stop crying even if you are not eating.Some of the patients are pérvs and nurses too.Unfortunate that they mostly send BIPOC there too. Clearly a hospitaltoprison pipeline.

This place is horrible. Very rude staff.Didnt get notified untill like 3 days later that my family member was there. Place is very dirty. This place is not good.

We need places like here to help the mentally ill. I know of a woman who lives homeless who got helped from doctors. Keep this place going

Big pharmaceutical companies do not control

The people that work there are amazing. Thank you all that place. You guys deserve all the love and admiration for being there for the people in need. I suffered through depression but I thank the hard working employees nurses doctors and even the patient. Much love guys . Bless

I don’t know what kind of humans they have working here but the only word that comes to mind is incompetent. They have no idea what is going on. And I am hoping something changes before a lawsuit happens.

They dont communicate properly with family members. They took our daughter in for anxiety problems and after 24 hours family is unable to talk to her. No doctors reach and talk to her husband neither to parents. They are wasting our time back and forth after making appointments to spend only 10 minutes with her. Didnt happen. They said come back later. We dont know what treatment shes getting. 10 minutes visits and only 2 people allowed. Extremely bad or none communication. After 4 days in the hospital we havent talk to doctors. We dont know anything about our loved one. Extremely sad and hopeless at this point

Worst place you can imagine. They make people sleep on the floor in the cold. They give the inmates theyre not treated like patients meds without telling them what they are and the doctors wont answer their questions anymore than the staff.Most not all of the staff treats the patients like trash. They treat family members the same. I called every day to ask if my husband was there every day they told me no including the 3rd day he was there when he called me. I tried to talk to a staff member about his condition and issues so he could get proper help they refused to listen to me and hung up on me. The last 2 days I called him and they said they would transfer me or just hold on. By the 2nd day with no contact I called back and asked why I couldnt reach him. They had released him without notice so I could pick him up. Now his missing and I have to file a police report.

If you react to how the staff treat you or your lack of freedom in any negative way no matter how subtle they will assume that it justifies injection or other means of forcing medication on you. If you ask if you have the right not to take it they will get angry and force medication on you. The staff are not caregivers. They wait for you to go crazy and then push medication on you. This place perpetuates trauma because it gathers the most traumatized people and puts them in one place. The only difference between this place and a concentration camp is that its designed to scare you not kill you.
