Billing department disconnects phone inquiries as of 232030. That would be fine if they were canceling charges for services. I could not conduct my business today because I did not know my account balance with them. Paying by phone is more dependable for low income people in many situations. Not paying a bill used to land people in jail a lot of formerly incarcerated people subject to parole rescind if they didnt pay a bill.. I dont particularly want to pay for some of the services which should have been covered by insurance but I cant afford the temporary loan that the billing department is trying to float. Anyway they probably have a real good excusebut it is not working for everyone in all situations.

Their big hearts thanks to AHS Highland Hospital and Dr. Feeney my mommy is doing great. The ER room staff are also AMAZING ❗

Absolutely worst service from the doctors I have ever had. Been better for two days now and they wont release me. Test all came back good. In fact doctor hasnt even come in for over 24 hours and nurses see no further orders. I am visiting from out of town and had to cancel my first class ticket missed work time with family and had to pay someone to take care of my farm while I am gone. While they are making thousands I am loosing thousands. Absolutely absurd they wont release me. Definitely filing a complaint with the state and medical board as well as contacting my attorney.
