I confirmed with my health plan that I could use Carbon for some medical testing (15 minutes on hold). I proceeded to walk-in at my local Carbon site and they checked me in less than 15 minutes! All of my information was saved in their electronic records from a visit years ago so it was super easy. I appreciate having this store-front option for urgent care appointments.

Rosa was awesome and got me all checked in and helped me fill everything out. Didn't know I could get my vax records online- sweet Dr. Roshan was very sweet and friendly. She made me feel welcome and talked to me about all my health needs. Great place - Awesome team Thank you

I am so disappointed by my experience here! I was in a car accident on Thursday and came to this location at 6pm on Friday. They're open until 7 pm. The door was locked! Someone opened the door and did not let me in or ask if I'm okay, but immediately asked if I had an appointment. I said no, that's why I'm at urgent care. I urgently need care-- obviously did not have the time to make an appointment, then I would've gone to my PCP. I told her I was in a car accident and really needed to be seen and she said they were closing in 30 mins and I could not be seen, which is just not true since it was an hour before they closed. Also, not a single person was in the waiting room and on their Yelp page, it says walk-ins are welcome. Luckily, I was able to go to a different urgent care and was seen there.

The registration and scheduling for Carbon health was easily completed through their app. And dad was seeing the same day. Dr Wu and staff were very kind. Dr Wu was very thorough and related very well to my dad. Received more attention than he did from his own PCP. Happy to come back and do a follow up with the same group.

They were professional, friendly, clean , approachable..i certainly didt feel like I was get gaslighted. They listened to me , my symptoms and we came up with an action plan on how to get better. Isn't that the name of the game. Second time there.
