Christi Cheng's Online Review Report Card

The most unprofessional doctor I have ever met in my life. I had a telehealth appointment that she was 30 minutes late to, and when I asked for her help to write me a letter to excuse me from jury duty for medical issues, she told me she is not comfortable with me and hung up the call in my face. I waited 30 minutes and she stayed on the call for 2 minutes before she hung up. Unbelievable. I should have read the reviews before I made an appointment with her.

Nothing has changed with the reviews. She doesn’t care. Prepare yourself to pass away. She’ll only contribute to it. You’re Better off just googling your symptoms.

Dr. Cheng truly sucks when it comes to Senior Care. She has been my mother's PCP since Jan 2022. My mother has NOT seen her in the office at all. Everytime she calls the answering machine is on. The Dr. Never returns her calls. My mother really needs to be seen due to her high blood pressure and other health issues. I give her 0 out of five stars. The only reason she got a star because you can't post without it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER!!!!!

During my appointment with Dr. Cheng I asked her if i can get a flu shot. She told me just go to Walgreens. Zero empathy. *Writing this as I stand in line 45 minutes at the Walgreens pharmacy*

Doesn’t seem to be concerned about anything

Dr.Cheng is knowledgeable and friendly, she helps me a lot and solve my problems.

My husband and myself will be looking for a new doctor due to the horrible patient experiences that have gone on constantly, bad front office people, very rude and unprofessional, doctor and staff don’t take their job seriously, most importantly patients health being. If I could give it a 0 rating I’ll give it!

I have been with Dr Cheng since 2014. I left for kaiser for 2 years then came back. WHY! Since the PANDEMIC happened, she has not been in her office. I do really understand. The HUGE problem I have is that when I need labs or xrays, paper NEVER GETS FAXED unless I have to call back FUSSING because I'm in the office and they do not have an order for xray or blood draw. Today is New Year's Eve and Wvwryone is OFF! WHY is the xray order not at NORCAL? IM DONE WITH THIS OFFICE! I DO NOT RECCOMEND

I tried to get a referral for three weeks! I then called the insurance company and they never were called them to get one (referral) ! She sent me for a blood test then said I did not get all the test completed, she gave me the paperwork? I don't think she wanted to help me because I was asking for pain pills and leg cramp medicine. I wish I didn't need them but when your back is screwed up and can't sit, stand or lay down for any length of time. I guess if you need skin wrinkles removed she might work for you!

This office is terrible. I got a call the morning of my appointment to see if I could come in earlier. I said ok and came in two hours earlier than my appointment time. I came in, there were two receptionists, neither of whom greeted me nor acknowledged me for 5 minutes. One was on the phone while the other was just looking at the computer. No eye contact, no "I'll be with you shortly," nothing. There was an issue with a patient with the receptionist on the phone and after the receptionist hung up, she just walked away. Both receptionists were talking about the patient that was on the phone OUT LOUD where everyone could hear. STILL no acknowledgement from the other receptionist! The first receptionist came back, still didn't say anything, and just put a form on the clipboard for me to check in and walked away. I've had issues with the receptionists prior to this appointment but nothing like this. So unprofessional!! I sat in the office for twenty more minutes before anyone even said that a nurse would be with me shortly. On a side note, the nurse that I had was awesome! She's super patient, kind, and understanding! Definitely does not match the coldness that is the front office.
