Great experience, but parking was a serious issue at this location. Suggest the city allow temp parking in "loading only" zones in front of the facility for appointments only.

Staff was great and supportive. I struggle to understand directions most of the time and they were patient and cool. The only issue was finding the place in the Oakland airport loading area. It was hidden and tiny so it was easy to miss. Better signage would help.
