Lotus Esthetic & Skin Care's Online Review Report Card

I came here based on all the good reviews, but now I’m starting to doubt them. The facial I received wasn’t great as others I’ve had elsewhere—I saw no changes on my face but was still hopeful. Other places usually offer a blanket or towel, adjust the room temperature, play soft music, and even include a hand or neck massage during the process. This place lacked all of that, and the experience was not relaxing at all. But I don’t mind with their service and spending all the money because all I wanted is a clear skin. I’ve spent around $700 in total—including the office visit, facial, and all the morning and night products the doctor recommended. I’ve been using everything consistently, but my skin hasn’t improved. That’s why I’ve emailed twice and even called during office hours to follow up about my next appointment and asked the staff to check my email and reply back, but no one did. The doctor seems kind and helpful, but since he’s Spanish-speaking and needs a translator, I don’t think he even knows I’ve been trying to reach him. The staff seems careless and didn’t pass along my messages. I really wanted to continue treatment here, but if I don’t hear back soon, I’ll have to look elsewhere.

Recomendadisimo al 100% Es un equipo de profesionales que ofrecen un excelente servicio para verse y sentirse mejor. Estoy muy satisfecha con los excelentes resultados tanto en mi cara como mi cuerpo. Me recomendaron una multi vitamina para ayudarme y sentirme con mas energía. Mire un cambio drástico en mi piel y me sentí con mas una energía, algo increíble. Recomiendo todos los servicios al 100%, valdra la pena cuando mires los resultados! No te arrepentiras!

I've been here a couple of times for facials and there has been many instances were i walk in with clear skin and walk out looking like a pepperoni pizza. The woman who does extractions is not gentle whatsoever and has left multiple scabs and bruises on my face. I do not recommend this place at all as it is very pricey and harsh.

This was a life changing experience from the customer service and the treatment. Everyone in the clinic is so attentive and caring. After the treatment instantly feeling energized. I will definitely continue with IV therapy.

This place is amazing. Excellent work, super ckean. If u want to get any work done for your skin, then go contact them. They will give you best service. I totally recommend it

First of all I am a girly girl that has had MANY facials from top spas all over the globe. But this facial was different for 2 reasons. The first being that the place was nice and clean. The esthetician made me feel comfortable, answered my questions and most of all did NOT try to upsell me their “special face care products that would change my life” (but never do). The esthetician actually asked me to bring my products in next appt to see if I need to make any changes. I appreciated this as someone who has dropped an BAG on stuff that I got oversold, over promised and under-delivered on. . The second is that I developed bacterial acne that covered my entire face in less than a week after never experiencing acne. So this facial was very different from the luxury experience non-acne people (as a previous non-acne person). But the extractions were quick enough that I could handle the pain. I will schedule another appt and am definitely interested in their other treatments they offer once o get this acne problem situated. Overall experience would recommend.

Lotus Esthetics es el mejor lugar de eaterica facial que he visitado en el area de la Bahia. Sus instalaciones son excelentes, la ubicacion central, zona segura y cuentan con parking. Todo el staff es muy amable y calido, te hacen sentir bienvenida desde que llegas. Los precios vs los servicios y beneficios es 100% recomendado. Estoy asistiendo con ellos desde hace aproximadamente año y medio, y me han gustado tanto sus servicios que he recomendado a 5 amigos mas quienes ya tmb en son clientes fieles. Love the place, the atmosphere, cleanliness, and the Dr. is Awesome!! He is very detailed, listens to what you want to accomplish/achieve with your skin/face, and gives recommendations. They are all great, professional, friendly, smiling staff overall. Highly recommend this place.
