Why is it so hard to get an appointment? I called to make an appointment for a full physical and the woman on the phone said "we don't have appointments for a physical" seriously? What doctors office doesn't do physicals? That's insane. Not to mention when you do go in for an appointment the doctors are half a$$ and dismissive of any concerns the patient has. It's a hassle to get a referral as well. I've been to most of their locations and all of them are shitty

They are so rude. I had called to find out information on an ectopic pregnancy because in those cases, your chances are very rare to choose between abortion or keeping the baby for your health and safety. The nurse helped me for about 5 minutes before RUDELY hanging up. She didn't even let me finish my sentence. Great job at passing your nclex and becoming a nurse to help patients. Also this center has a really high "hanging up the phone on patients". Literally called, they picked up didn't say anything and proceeded to hang up the call.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I RECOMMEND GETTING A NEW INSURANCE AND MEDICAL TREATMENT. I was booked for an in person appointment for my health risk, I then drove to the appointment and they called me to cancel it to be over the phone. THEN They call me again saying never mind you can just come in because I had told them how URGENT this was. So I walked in and they denied for the SECOND time. This shows no remorse for humans, they are so inconsiderate! Ladies at the front desk need to work on better communication because it seems so messy.

I've tried making appointments here for the last 3 months. And I have not been able to reach anyone by phone. The phone number for San Leandro is specifically for WIC and when you call for any other line or office it goes to voicemail. Just this morning I have called about maybe 6 times, the phone rings says "thank you for calling, if you know your parties extension please dial it now" maybe 4-5 times in a row then ENDS the call. How am I to make appointments if I cannot REACH anyone? Tiburcio had no trouble reaching out to me for taking the vaccine, but I can't even schedule a health related matter outside of covid or being a parent, I'm tired of this. I have never had bad experiences with Tiburcio before on this level. This is 1) infuriating, 2) Outrageous 3) Disappointing.

I called to make appointment for my son last week,he have a fever and cough,they said they couldn't take him ,the nurse will call me back to check,I waited the whole day and nobody call me, then I called Bancroft pediatric to make appointment for my another son had fever and cough and bleeding nose they took him right away the same day,and he had RSV virus,they really good care,the thing is in tiburcio Vasquez they took forever to get a appointment by phone,the lady really rude,and she didn't care about patient,they didn't ask or return my call,what if my son have something wrong,

Pros: they text bout appointments Cons: rude staff takes a very long time to see a doctor no help and I got a bad vide in the waiting room only took one appointment and that was it for me

This clinic never answers the phone. If you are very patient come here. If you do not mind unorganization come here. If you have extra time to waste and have your appointment mixed up with another day or hour this is the place for you!

They were really good about setting up a couple of friends for their vaccinations and their relatives. However I signed up with them and didn't hear anything other than I was on the waitlist for months. This was a little distressing since I had friends that were able to get in within three days. They finally found me a spot after I'd already been vaccinated at the coliseum.

Got my covid19 vaccines here. Volunteers and staff were efficient and pleasant. I was early for my appointment, so they vaccinated me early. The whole process, including the fifteen minutes observation time, took less than a half hour.
