He is THE best. He delivered my third baby and helped me with my VBAC. Everything went soooo smooth my appointments and my delivery. He also made my delivery so special by asking me to pull my son out, he wasn’t even half way out yet so I got to pull him and put him on my chest it was 😍😍😍😍😍. I can only say good things about him.

I have been "seeing" Dr. Kromhout for 6 years, but I have only ever gotten to actually see the Dr. once. All other appointments have been with nurses, most of whom have given me some of the worst, most blasé health advice I've ever received. I have scheduled 4 appointments with the Dr. himself, and 3 of those got cancelled at the last minute. The other only didn't get cancelled because it was a follow-up after I was in the ER. I feel as though his practice is centered around pregnant women, so if you are solely going for gyno purposes, I'd recommend you go elsewhere. All of my appointments have been rushed, and nobody there has taken my health concerns seriously. I was very concerned about ovarian cysts & PCOS after an episode that put me in the ER, and Dr. Kromhout looked at one ultrasound and refused to consider the matter further. I've always felt unwelcome going there and will be switching gynos now that I have better insurance.

Not the best bedside manner. Tried to VBAC and ended up with a repeat C section for no reason. Dr. K told me I should have another c section if I decided to have more children. I went on to have a successful VBAC and straightforward labor. I don't recommend this doctor.

I am an older patient so I can’t talk about pregnancies, but I have had to see Dr Kromhaut for menopausal and fibroid issues. I seriously can’t understand someone who question his bedside manner or not answering questions. This man actually sits down, looks you in the eyes and listens to your every concern. Trust me, my family practice physician talks to you so quickly, you can barely understand ...

Hands down my favorite OB! He delivered my 5th baby, via C-section, and did an excellent job. Very personable, every pre-natal, and post-natal appt. I would recommend him to any woman looking for a new OB/Gyn.

Honestly the best experience I've ever had with an ob/gyb! Incredibly easy to talk to, takes ample time to listen, and truly cares about you; your entire body, and relates to you in a candid and open manner. I am so thankful to have found his office!

He was not the right doctor for my high-risk pregnancy. There were several instances when he gave no answer to serious, potentially life-threatening medical issues, and went as far as to say, when asked if my medical issue was deadly: I don’t know and can’t help you, even though I was suffering some of the worst pain of my life. Unless you want to spend a lot of your pregnancy in the ER — which was the main place I received medical answers — avoid this doctor. Additionally, he can be condescending, downright rude, and asks overly intrusive sexual questions I’ve never had another doctor ask. He made me feel very uncomfortable.

I would, and have, recommended him to family and friends! Easy to talk to and genuinely cares for you!

Rude! Talks down to you based on what you look like. He talked to me with disgust on his face. My C-section (as well as several of his other patients I have spoken to) had their c-section cut open up back up within a few days. His only explanation was that I was over weight! I'm was under 200 pounds at the time! Made me wait in his waiting room 45 minutes every time he had to treat the wound which was every couple of days and billed me every time. For my third pregnancy, I was terrified but I found an amazing doctor who put me at ease and took great care of me. Please consider someone else!

When my Dr. of 20 years retired, I never thought I would find another Dr. who would compare. Well, today I did! Dr. Kromhout made me feel so comfortable in expressing my concerns. He actually listened to me for a looong time 😆 I appreciated his compassion, knowledge, recommendations and professionalism. I have great confidence that if i need any care in the future, I am in good hands. Yay! 😊
