I arrived to the clinic at 4:20 with a very bad sunburn that was bleeding, blistered, scabbed, and oozing. They refused me because they had closed at 4. When I asked them if it was bad enough to go to the emergency room, they refused to answer any type of question or even take a look. Both employees I talked to were rude and condescending. DO NOT COME HERE.

Traveling with family, two of my sons and myself became pretty sick. My youngest had fever and cough the worst and wasn’t seeming to get better. We searched local urgent cares and visited Med stop....we had about a 40 minute wait but they took all three of us in for vitals and we saw Dr. Brian Roberts right away. He was such a nice guy, super informative, reassuring and took the best care of us. My son said he was funny too. Brian Roberts is one of the best doctors I’ve yet to experience. I have four boys so we’ve had our share of urgent care/ER visits. He has such awesome bedside manners and really knows his stuff... he’s a bit old school and made us feel comfortable. I can’t say enough great things about him and his wonderful staff at Med Stop. Would definitely recommend seeing them if you’re in need of an urgent care.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
