My appointment with her was very disappointing. She seemed disinterested and yawned throughout our entire encounter. She did not provide adequate feedback to my inquiries and acted like she didn’t even want to be there. I never went back.

I have told many people how much I love Dr. Crittenden. She is the most caring doctor I've ever had. She answers all my questions and asks if there are any other conditions that I want to tell her about. As of June 30, 2021, she will be retired but after many interviews, she has chosen another female doctor to replace her and has made appointments for all her patients to meet her. Of course, we can stay or find another doctor on our own. However, after 20 years or so of being a patient of Dr. Crittenden, I look forward to meeting her choice. My only disappointment is that I wanted to stay with Dr. C. as long as I live! May she have a wonderful retirement!!!

My mom has been treated TERRIBLE by this so called doctor but because she does not have many other options up here in San Luis Obispo she has no choice . It is very common to have her wait over an hour past her appointment . She is 87 years old and this treatment is UN-ACCEPTABLE . Kevin A. Lee

Always excellent! The wait to get in at your appt. time can be long, but you understand why when it's your turn. Thoughtful, caring, listens well and you never feel rushed.

Dr. Crittenden will take whatever time is needed to diagnose and help you with your medical condition. This is rare in these times of many patients and few doctors. Dr. Crittenden has an assistant "Kay" who is well adapted to what she does and that is to lower blood pressure, however, Kay is not allowed in the doctor's office due to our bureaucracy. Kay happens to be a dog. More patients need to back Kay and get her allowed in the doctor's office as needed. Patient Mike Morgan

Dr. Grace, as I call her, is an amazing physician. She is very knowledgeable, caring, & she takes time to discuss your symptoms. She gave me my first Occipital Injection for Trigeminal Neuralgia. I had been seeing numerous physicians who finally diagnosed me. Years & years. As an RN, I respect her, she has always been Kind, caring & accommodating. You will appreciate her always.

Several days after having lab work done I called Dr. Crittenden's office to request a copy of my lab results. I was asked if I could hold and responded yes. The call was placed between 2:00 & 3:00 in the afternoon. I HELD for 9 minutes. I was frustrated by the amount of time I was kept on hold.

I met Dr. Crittenden for the first time this week after 7 weeks of excruciating pain down my left leg and knee. I was feeling very debilitated and thinking this was my future at 70 years of age. Dr. Crittenden's words brought new hope and great relief as she said, "I think I can fix your problem!" And she did! In little time, she properly diagnosed my problem and let me know what it wasn't- and this make a huge difference psychologically. What an amazing woman, a gifted diagnostician, so warm and caring. She is truly a jewel and I left that appointment walking freely and feeling no pain!!!! I can't say enough about the support I felt from Dr. Crittenden!!!!
