I had hip replacement surgery in December and was referred to Central Coast Home Healthcare for physical therapy during my recovery. I couldn't have been more pleased with with their care, responsiveness and attention to my specific recovery goals and challenges. They were positive and encouraging but also challenging. I would highly recommend them to anyone on the central coast.

Central Coast Hospice is the best of the best. The entire staff (office, clinicians, social workers, spiritual counselors, etc) is genuinely caring and willing to go above and beyond for patients and their families. CCH provides compassionate and professional end of life care. I cannot say enough good things about this company!

Strike two for CCHH. Only came out once after surgery. Promised a second visit by a nurse within 2-3 days as well as dressing supplies which never arrived.  This same scenario happened in November as well. Totally disorganized and unreliable company. Use with caution. It's like they don't think we are important clients.

CCHHC is WONDERFUL!! we have our 91 yr old mother living w/us w/health concerns enemia/copd/+others needed a blood draw from one of her Drs and after calling the NEXT day Samantha and trainie Holy came over drew blood checked all meds /vitals/ i was thoroughly impressed w/the care she revieved. THANK YOU cchhc!!!! I forgot also Chris & Laura Has bern here 4 times each for physical and occupational therapy they are FANTASTIC at doing their jobs as well.

If I were the only person in my family making the decision whether or not to continue using this company, I'd drop them like a hot rock and look for another hospice service. I am reasonably satisfied with the nurses who come to take care of my mom, they seem genuinely caring and compassionate. They come when they're scheduled to and are pretty consisitent. However, the person who is supposed to come to give my mom bed-baths is very unreliable and inconsistent. She says she'll come on a given day and then doesn't show up or even call to say she's not coming. Then she'll show up some other day without any notice that she's coming. Additionaly, the communication within this company is a disaster. I've left messages for particular people only to find out later they never got the message. I've also left numerous voice messages for the supervisor who is responsbile for the bed-bath person and that person has yet to return any of my calls. So, if it weren't for the nurses, I'd probably give this company only 1 star, and even then that would be too generous. If  you have any options of other hospice services, you might consider them first.

Possibly the worst hospice care organization on the planet. Avoid these animals at all costs.

I cannot express how wonderful this organization is! My life partner died of cancer in Nov 11, 2019! He was only home a week! Our nurse, Liberty was absolutely wonderful and helped me understand the dying process! And Linda, a nurse I had come out one night when I couldn't get him to swallow his medicine showed me a way to do it that wasn't hurting him or making me feel like a pusher! They talked TO him, not over him, not around him! They realized that he was a human being. He had dignity! He was loved! Our social worker Naomi was so helpful in helping me find a brief counselor I felt comfortable with, Mona! Mona is the best outcome of my journey so far! She listens when I babble and cry and talks to me in a way that helps me understand the grief, loneliness and extreme sadness I feel! She gives me strength to know I CAN go on! Thank you to the whole staff!

Central Coast Home Health provided my mother with a skilled nurse to monitor blood pressure and basic vitals and a physical therapist to improve mobility after her brief stay in the hospital. The staff was kind and contributed positively in her recuperation. I would recommend Central Coast Home Health for their supportive services in future.

I am a home health nurse for Central Coast Home Health. This is the best company I've ever worked for! This is the most caring company with the best will do attitude! They care for their patients and are willing to do everything they can to help them heal, learn to take care of themselves, be safe, and even help the family. This is the only company I  will use for my family.

After a total knee replacement April was Susan's physical therapist.  We couldn't have been more pleased. Prompt, professional, caring, gentle and humorous.  Susan made great strides and now less than three weeks after surgery she is walking unassisted almost a mile a day.Thanks April!  And all the courteous staff who are available 24/7.
