My visit with Dr. Bernard was excellent. She has a wonderful bedside manner, and treats you with respect in regards to your input about your care. I found her receptionist to be very friendly and competent. My visit went perfectly and I am so glad she is my endocrinologist!

Horrible receptionists! Couldn't even handle something as simple as calling the correct phone number to schedule an initial appointment after I sent *multiple* emails and voicemails for WEEKS. They blatantly ignored me for no reason and I would never attempt to receive care from this office again. I hope this doctor realizes that her front office is losing her patients.

Dr. Bernard is one the most compassionate doctor I ever have had. She is very understanding and is true to her practice of osteopathic medicine and looks at the patient as a whole for all their needs, not just endocrinology needs.

Both my husband and I were very happy to have found Dr. Bernard to help us with our health issues. Not all doctors are created equal and we found Dr. Bernard to be exceptional in the way she approached our individual concerns, diagnosis and treatment. She is very pleasant, respectful and easy to talk to as she has never given us the feeling of we are taking up too much of her time. She is not beyond approach as some other doctors. Her staff is very professional and I like the online app she uses where you can access all the information (appts, medications, results, etc.) for future reference. We would recommend her practice to anyone in need of a endocrinologist.
