I have always felt he was rushing. My telephone appointment today was ten minutes. He would not tell me how I could get a copy of my lab work, but three times told me his staff would answer that question, but he would not. He ordered more lab work that my primary physician had already done.

Doctor and his staff are exceptionally professional.

two years ago, they found nothing. now, at a different cardiologist, something was found. not impressed.

Recently had tests done for my mom. When i hadn't recieved any information I called to see if there were any emergency issues that i need to take care of they told me to contact the referring dr. I said ok. Then a week later they call me back and say that the dr would like to go over the results with me and mom. They ask if I want a telehealth appointment or and in office visit. I said in office visit please. They schedule the visit for 2 month in the future. The staff told me they dont want people in the office. So I asked if mom can wait that long. They say repeatedly you wanted an in office visit. We can give you a telehealth visit sooner. So i ask again can she wait that long, phone goes silent...... I say hello.... they yes sir. I said can she wait that long for a in person visit. Phone goes silent.... Then she says sir you can have a telehealth visit or an in person visit. So after going in circles for 15 or 20 minutes in asked to talk with the office manager. And if course she is not there. I left a message to call me back on Monday. Monday came and went and i had to call Tuesday. Called Tuesday and talked with the office manager and i told the same thing.. and i was told it was me causing the issue and that I have behavior issues. So i made an appointment for telehelth appointment and i told her that I would be telling the dr what had happen. And was told that the visit was for my mom not me. Took off work to attend the telehelth visit and waited nearly 2 hours and then called in and was told that they sent a letter and it was signed for by the front desk that we received it (we never did) that we no longer welcome to come to that dr. They had sent the results to moms primary care dr. Now i have to wait for an appointment with our primary care dr to get a referral and results of tests. Horrible office staff.*UPDATE *Recieved and email for an appointment on July 1, 2021 even though were no longer a patient. Went to the appointment and first thing that the lady behind the desk said that they tried to call several time with no success. Then they looked further into the computer and said they cancelled this appointment a year ago. I then said why did you send me emails? For appointments? They could not answer the question she just stared at me. Then the said please leave.

Was referred to this office by my PCP as I was looking for new feedback on a long time cardiac problem as well as a new serious diagnosis. I was mailed 6-7 pages of history to fill out and instructed to arrive 15 minutes before my appt. at 9:15. Once in the office I was barely greeted by a very unpleasant and rude receptionist and told I had not properly signed all of the necessary documents. Signs in the office also mentioned that I would be charged $25.00 if I was more than 10 min. late for any appt. I was not taken to the back to see the DR. until shortly after 10 with no apology for the delay or explanation. The doctor looked over my papers and ordered two tests which I had recently already had. Due to the rudeness of the receptionist and overall poor atmosphere of this office I will be cancelling my future appointments. So far I have been put on hold long periods of time and have been unable to even connect with them to cancel.

All procedures were scheduled in Santa Maria. Would not speak to me on the phone.

Dr. Lardizabal and staff are great! Dr. Lardizabal is extremely knowledgeable and was very thorough. He actually took the time to explain everything to me in detail. His staff is very polite and caring. This office is by far the best in town.

I requested a letter required by my insurance company. Office refused. Appalling customer service. I am looking for a new cardiologist.

Wow! What a great experience I had seeing Dr Lardizabol. He is very knowledgeable and thorough which I really appreciated. Really took the time to explain things and answered my questions. His staff is professional and friendly too! I highly recommend him!
