Absolutely incompetent office. I waited over two months for an appointment w/Dr Fryer. I was requested to arrive 30 minutes prior to my appointment to complete paperwork (which took 10 minutes). I arrived at 10:00. By 11:00 I was STILL sitting in the waiting room. The assistant finally retrieves me, brings me to the back office where I sit for ANOTHER 30 minutes- no doctor. When I asked where the dr was the assistant said - with a patient. When I informed her I’d been waiting over an hour she just shrugged. So the dr obviously doesn’t give AF about his patients and this medical group is utterly unprofessional.

Dr Fryer operated on my thumb and also did carpal tunnel surgery. The results were fantastic. My thumb was in constant pain before and it has been 3 years now, pain free. I don't mind waiting for a good Dr. The staff, aftercare, all good experience for me.

Dr. Fryer is skilled in surgery and provided great communication and follow up.

He did an amazing job on my thumb. He is a great surgeon which means he's busy. His office is very busy and the wait can be long.

Dr. Fryer has done trigger thumb repairs on two of my children. Yes, occasionally the wait in the office was frustrating but what he did in surgery was great. He was kind and professional and most importantly, his work was good.

My appointment was at 8:30 with Dr. fryer, they sent me the paper work so I had completed that prior. I waited over an hour to be seen then another 30 minutes in the exam room. When Dr. fryer finally came in the room he didn't apologize for the wait let alone greet me, not even a hello.. after asking about the history of my fractured scaphoid he had more X-rays taken because this office does not have access to other medical records. It seems these doctors don't mind exposing their patients to radiation. I mean it is 2017 and this office doesn't have access to medical records one county away SMH. Overall dr Fryer was unsympathetic, and blamed the fracture on pre-existing injury which my workman's compensation insurance will not cover. It seemed he was working directly for an insurance company. This visit made me feel like I was lying about my injury and pain. I won't be going back to this doctor

My husband Larry and more had to prine's contracture with several surgeries prior to dr. Fryer and two of his fingers were frozen solid in a 45 degree locked position. Dr fryer went in there and spent a long time cleaning up the tendons. Afterwards my husband fingers were normal and they never went back which often happens when the doctor doesn't do the proper surgery but Dr fryer did a fantastic job

Regarding my office visit on June 27, 2017; except for not being greeted when I arrived at reception check-in and waiting a few seconds for attention which I had to initiate conversation, everything else about my visit to Dr. Fry was excellent and pleasant. I have had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Fry multiple times in the past and again today. Each time he was thorough in evaluating my symptoms, giving me an idea of a diagnosis, stating tests needed to confirm and then return for treatment plan

It's hard to recommend a Dr. when they hire a receptionist who insists that Anthem Blue Cross PPO is a Covered California Plan which of course they would not take. You would think that any Dr. would have a better trained staff. I hope that this is not a reflection of his surgical staff but I certainly have no plans of finding out.
