List of Lisa Molin's Reviews
I had a swallow study done October 31st showing that the back of my tongue is enlarged. I called the office 2 weeks later because I heard nothing back. I have been eating soft foods for a year because it's hard to eat. I was told dr molin hadn't looked at my test yet. I said ok gave it a week didn't hear anything so I called back and was told she is out of town for two weeks for Thanksgiving. I get a call from her medical assistant two weeks later saying she's going to make me an appointment with a speech therapist. I meet with the speech therapist and she says she can't do much until my dr figures out why my tongue is enlarged and that she'll send the notes back to my dr. It's been one week and still haven't heard back. So I got a test done almost two months ago and dr molin hasn't bothered to look. This is so wrong what if my condition is serious and the fact that I have to continue to blend up my food. I would never trust this office I am a young mother and the anguish this has caused me is horrible reckless and unprofessional.
Awful customer assistance. They are very rude. They do not want your business. They do not call back and they hang up on you.
Horrible. Lost my sense of smell six months prior after a bout with Delta. Dr. Molin immediately said there was nothing that could be done, then looked up my nose for 10 seconds and said, "yes, nothing you can do. It probably won't ever come back. Sorry." Whole appt. took maybe one minute. I was disappointed, but fine with her honest feedback. Two weeks later I received a bill for $671. Called their office and after reviewing my file, Sharee called back and said, "Dr. Molin performed a Fiberoptic Endoscopy. You probably wouldn't have even noticed it happened." Is that fair to spend one minute with a patient, tell them there's nothing that can be done, then look up their nose for 10 seconds and bill them $671 for a scope?! I thought it was an error, but Dr. Molin and their office stood by the bill. Working with a patient advocacy group now. Won't pay this bill on principle alone.
I have never been to a ruder doctor than Dr. Molin. She refused to help me find the cause of my sinus problems and just said, " go somewhere else".
Went to see her and she literally just spent 2 minutes with me. Didn't tell me what she was doing or explain what was going on with me. She's very short, made me felt like I was wasting her time. I would not recommend anyone to go to her - find another ENT who will actually care and treat you like a patient.
I have lost my sense of smell “it should come back”. I have very little moisture in my nose “ that’s a good thing don’t you think “. Really.
If I could leave ZERO stars I would. If you have problems with your tonsils, DO NOT GO HERE
With all these negative reviews and her inept abilities, how in the world can this doctor stay in practice. Dr. Molin attempted a stapedectomy years ago on my partner who ended up deaf because the doctor broke the inner ear window loosing all the fluid in the cochlea. She has had to live with Vertigo and extreme Tinnitus since that botched surgery. It was a horrible life changing event for her.
Dr.Molin was inept. She misdiagnosed my issue and I ended up in the ER the same day. The ER doctor couldn't believe I had seen her and he even called her. i ended up having to pay $900 in ER bills for an issu she could've taken care of.
1.5 hour wait in a clinic type environment just to get a 20 second lackluster and uninformed diagnosis . Don’t risk Dr. Stewart’s office if this is the actual doctor one ends up seeing.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
