List of Margaret England's Reviews
I found Dr. England to be extremely knowledgeable and thorough in her explanations of my condition. I never felt rushed or that I was asking unnecessary questions. I trust her diagnosis and love her confidence in treating and healing my issues and getting me back into great shape again. I believe she's a valuable resource and a great medical provider in the field of endocrinology . She's what we need in this area and I appreciate all she does.
My first appointment went very well. Staff was polite, office was fine. Dr. England spent a great deal of time with me explaining the thyroid in detail. Sent me for tests and I have a follow up in a few weeks. I had a favorable experience.
Spent over 1 hour going over my plan for change in meds for diabetes. Very thorough and informative, answered all my questions.
One of the worst! She makes her decisions based on her opinions not facts. She refused to listen to my input despite having medical records to substantiate what I was telling her. She is insulting and argumentative if you dare to think you have a say in your medical care. She refused to prescribe a medication that she agrees i need and has always been prescribed from that office. She states she does not have time. However, my primary doctor feels that a specialist should prescribe and monitor it so now I don't have a way to get a medication that I literally cannot live without. She insists i see a Rheumatologist but she won't do a referral, she doesn't have time. She wants me to see kidney specialist but won't do the referral, she doesn't have time. She expects me to go to my Primary doctor and explain to him something i don't understand so he can do her job. She is a "know it all" that doesn't know much at all.
Bad bedside manner. Insulting. Dirty office.
I had a horrible experience with this doctor. Did not realize how badly bedside manner was until I as under the care of another physician! DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!
Her bedside manner is terrible and I truly believe that she only schedules follow ups so that she can bill insurance. She runs a one woman office and it shows. Very disorganized and quite frankly, she's just not a nice person.
I have been to different Endo's all year and very sick. Dr England is tremendous and I have gotten much much better since being under her care. She is amazing !! I would highly recomend her her to anyone who has a problem no one else can figure out. She can !! she is, Very caring, wonderful and boy does she know her stuff ! She makes me feel like I am her only patient and takes as much time as needed at each visit. I am so thankful for her !! Very smart Dr.
I have seen many endocrinologists, and she is by far the best I have ever seen. I wish I lived in Los Angeles again just so she could be my doctor again!
Wonderful doctor. Really cares about her patients. Very aggressive on behalf of her patients with dealing with insurance coverage issues, even though she is not a panel doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
