I had foot surgery alitte over a year ago for bunion and hammer toe on right foot. I was out of work for 6 months it was a long recovery. Had to go back into surgery due to an open wound that was not closed during the first surgery. It became infected did not notice the open wound until the first cleaning of the bandages not good!! He said it was my fault!!I have had x-rays and MRI done on the same foot because of the pain level that has never went away. Every visit with Dr Gunasayan I informed him that I couldn't walk barefooted was in to much pain it felt like I had a ball on bottom of foot he just dismissed it gave me some small exercise and told me to come back in two weeks.I had feeling some was wrong so I went in had a second opinion from a different doctor he stated that my bunion surgery was done incorrectly it was set to high. That is why I had pain when walking the first metatarsal joint was not making contact with the ground when I step. Causing misalignment. Causing pain.Just as I thought Please be careful when selecting a doctor alot of them don't care about your well being!!

Best podiatrist my husband and I have ever been to. Believe me we saw many that we were not able to work with. He and his staff are great and we would highly recommend them.

Full recovery!! Seven months later after years of walking(limping) in pain heel spur surgery complete success!! Thanks Dr Gunasayan!

I broke my big toe pretty bad at work and as you know, workman's comp is a nightmare. All hoop jumping aside, I'm grateful they sent me to Dr Gunasayan- I feel super lucky there! The operation is small, just Dr. G and Georgeanna- she is so helpful and will power through any insurance bs to get stuff done for you, she is awesome. Dr Gunasayan is knowledgeableand patient and will take the time to walk you through your injury and healing timeline in a way that's easy to understand and also calming. Always in and out but never felt rushed- always a thorough job and made sure to answer all my questions. Though I hope to never need his services again, I would recommend Dr G and his team to anyone in need of a podiatrist!

The only reson I have gone to this MD office is because his receptionist Georgianna is awsome I don't know of ANY other office that has such a fabulous lady. This woman definatly needs a raise, she is the hardest worker I have ever seen. Go to him, for his oppinion? Not so sure he knows his job? Mediocre at best. But again if it wan't for Georgianna I don't believe he would have any patiants!

Without the expertise & efficiency of Dr. Ganasayan & Gorgeanna I would never have made the complete recovery from my injury that I did. They are both truly talented professionals as well as very kind people.

I ruptured my Achilles' tendon just as the Coronavirus took hold in US. So I was a bit anxious about getting my surgery. But Dr. G got me a time slot at the OR (though my repair wasn't considered elective). The surgery went well.. Dr. used a new technique (I think it's new) that limits the size of incision and invasiveness ....it is now 2 weeks post op and I've got my leg in a boot and am starting calf exercises. Dr. has seen me twice now everything is going great and on schedule.. hope to start walking (limit weight bearing obviously) very soon. I'd recommend Dr. Gunasayan in a heartbeat!Thanks Doc.

Did two surgeries..not happy

I first came to Dr. Gunasayan as soon as I could get an appointment for my ankle after going to urgent care. I explained to him that I had prior surgery on my ankle and had fractured it multiple times before. He spent about 5 minutes with me only to tell me my ankle wasn’t fractured and to start walking on it as I could. I finished out the time he told me to be in a boot but my ankle still hurt. I went to a different doctor who took the time to examine my ankle thoroughly and request an MRI where he found that it had indeed been fractured. I had been walking on a fractured ankle for months. I’m disappointed with the lack of doctor to patient time Dr. Gunasayan spent with me.

Dr. G has been solving my foot care problems over 14 years. He has provided professional, educated solutions for me. I like his style, direct & open. Georgeanna, the Doc's assistant is a jewel! A true asset for the office & patients! I highly recommend Dr. Gunasayan.
