List of Nihal Naccasha Md's Reviews
Avoid this practice at all costs. The office has the most negative and heavy feeling of any Dr's office I have ever visited. Dr Naccasha will quickly loose her temper if you ask any sort of question that she doesn't like. She appears to take joy in installing fear in her patients. Lacks compassion and easy to anger are not a good combination for expecting parents.
The only reason my child is alive is because of Dr. Naccasha. Yes, as previous reviews state she is a little socially awkward, blunt, doesn’t sugar coat a thing, and is straight to the point, no small talk. However aren’t most brilliant people a little awkward? When Dr. Naccasha gave me her diagnosis, she was blunt, analytical, and robotic. She told me best case and worst case scenario, but this I appreciated. I wanted to know everything and appreciate bluntness. Her demeanor kept me calm. Over the next 2 months, I saw her weekly and she and her amazing staff watched me closely until one appointment where she stated I had to have a C-section ASAP and that the cord was wrapped around my baby’s neck. My OB and her staff stated Dr. Naccasha was a “worry-wart” and that she always exaggerated things. They stated I could go full term and that they wanted to try to turn the baby for a natural birth. Dr. Naccasha fought to have her opinion heard and my OB reluctantly listened, making comments the whole time that she didn’t believe this was necessary. A couple days later my daughter was born via c-section, with nearly no fluid, the cord around her neck, she was blue, and weighed 4 lbs 8 oz (the exact weight Naccasha said she’d be). If I had not went with my gut when my OB said Naccasha was exaggerating and had not put my trust with the doctor, they would have turned my baby, most likely killing her in the process due to the cord, and my baby would have died as she was no longer getting adequate amounts of oxygen. I am so thankful that Dr. Naccasha was there to keep my baby alive.
Dr. N is a professional, thorough, kind, and direct specialist. I appreciate her so much. She is very clear and lays everything out on the table for you. I saw her with my first child and now with my high risk pregnancy. When she had to give me scary news, she did so delicately but with a prompt plan of care. She doesn’t give false hope, but she doesn’t make you feel despair; she’s realistic and I’ve never left her office thinking that I need more information. It has always been clear to me that she is a top notch doctor and I feel privileged to be in her care. Also, Lauren, the sonographer is an absolute rockstar and I love seeing her too!
I was referred to Dr. Naccashas office for a special ultrasound. When I got there I was told that my OB had retired from CHC only a few weeks ago (which was true but I didn’t know that till I got there) I also have a midwife who Is also one of my care providers during this pregnancy. They refused to see me because I didn’t have an OB and they don’t recognize licensed midwives as providers during pregnancy which is a policy choice made by Dr. Naccasha and not a standard practice. I needed the ultrasound to determine weather or not I should to switch my care over to an OB from my licensed midwife due to minor complications. I was totally blindsided by my OB retiring but the new OB at the CHC office I’d been to was scheduled to see me as a patient the next day but none of that mattered to Dr. Naccashas office because I mentioned that I have a midwife.
I have had several visits to this office (over course of 2 pregnancies) and each time I leave feeling like I wish I had other choices. The staff is not friendly at all (considering this is a very exciting and anxious experience for most expectant parents). My tech Mary was cold and somewhat rude. Dr. Naccasha may very well be an excellent physician but her practice as a whole lacks warmth and the office feels sterile. She casually told me and my husband that our first child could have a serious heart defect and then immediately proceeded to tell us that we shouldn't worry because our NIPT test was normal. Well, of course the thought of having my child born with a life-threatening defect did not entirely leave my mind until I delivered. I feel those news could have been delivered more tactfully.
She is absolutely the best!!!
She is truly the best doctor ever. Yesterday was our last ultrasound I will miss seeing her for those but excited to visit her with our little one!
I have seen Dr. Naccasha for both of my pregnancies. After my first pregnancy, I was discouraged by many doctors from having another baby. I went to see her for a consultation, since I trusted the care she gave me with my first baby. She gave me the facts, risks, and encouraged me to get pregnant again. She does not sugarcoat anything, which I immensely appreciate. Pregnancy issues are no laughing matter… I had problems with my amniotic fluid being too high, and despite what the endocrinologist said, she told me to be more strict about my blood sugars. Two weeks later, following her advice, my amniotic fluid levels went back to normal. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and precise. This is what you want for a doctor. You don’t need anybody to sugarcoat things and be lienient about anything, which I immensely appreciate. There’s no skirting around pregnancy issues. I cannot recommend her more. We are lucky to have her here.
Dr. Naccasha was very kind and easy to talk to. She saw something abnormal during a procedure and immediately helped me make a referral to a specialist. Her staff is courteous and respectful. I would recommend her.
She is the best doctor ever!!!! She is super nice she helped me and my baby! She saved our lives. She is great! And the staff as well never had any problems with her or the staff. I never wait long to get roomed and every question I had she answered everything and explain everything very well and very helpful. I love her. I would keep going to her with my other babies!!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
