Today and the last three days have been so uncomfortable I have been in pain and having a hard time sitting or standing. The staff was so helpful even willing to help with the initial paperwork. Awesome. I was seen within five minutes, I know that won't always happen, of checking me in. Everyone was very profesional and wanted to help. As soon as I was in, the cool nurse weighed me and asked some health question, all the while cheery which must be hard as I know not all patients are easy to deal with. They even asked if I didn't mind a female health provider. I was a little nervous. Dr Valverde I believe was so professional and explained the situation and offered a solution. It won't happen for everyone but which in a half hour I literally felt better. So awesome. Even the nurse who gave me my shots made it so I hardly felt anything. This is the place to go if you need help. They will if they can. Ty so much.

Rebecca Valverde Nurse Practitioner at Dignity Health formerly Industrial Care is a very kind , patient, hard working health care provider. She takes the time to listen to patients. Explains medical issues , doesn't mind questions and is happy to help you understand despite her heavy work load. Rebecca is a true asset to her profession.
