Dr. Michel's office contacted me and set up an appointment. I was ill that day so I had a Zoom appointment with him. He was very cordial, explained everything then asked if I had questions. He made me feel like I was being cared for, not just physically but in other areas of my life. Kind of a Holistic approach. This is rare for western medicine! I like him.

An absolute nightmare to book a visit and they're are almost impossible to contact. if they're too busy they're just keep you waiting for ever. They are terrible at communicating with your insurance and you can't get an approval for a better place because they won't refer you out or explain in writing to your insurance why they can't get you in. Might as well resign to dying in your sleep before they get back to you. (sarcasm, but kinda true)

Terrible telephone system. I couldn't even get through to ask about medicare coverage. Three calls, long inapplicable prompts. I almost went to sleep. New patient line is answered, but it is a general service without knowledge of his profile.

Dr. Michel first off was especially uncommunicative. After my first visit, without telling me anything, he sent a technician to run me through some performance tests and leave a nighttime blood O2, pulse rate monitor. I used it for one night, then he technician brought a nighttime oxygen machine that I was supposed to use every night, all night, still with no communication from Dr. Michel.
