Dr. Serra Tranmer has always stood her ground, she has, stood up for her patients, And her place of employment if they were 100% in the right. She was very great to have as our Doctor while in our area. We had even followed her to Mammoth to keep her as our medical provider. I had my initial appointment with Dr. Tranmer this morning. She was so welcoming and totally put my mind at ease. I felt she listened to my story and reviewed my health history. I never felt rushed. For someone with White Coat Syndrome, Dr. Tranmer put my fears aside. She is genuine and kind. I highly recommend this physician

This Dr. Tranmer was the worst doctor I've ever been to! I told her what I needed her to help me with. She agreed to help. Next I called & her nurse read a note she left for me or about me, not sure. It said she will NOT help me after all and was on vacation for a week! Her nurse was snotty. When I called again her nurse said she'd call me back which I never heard another word from them! Her actions proved to me she couldn't give a rats rear end about patients at all! I could never trust her with my healthcare issues EVER! I was so upset and angry that she treated me like this! Disrespectful and NO care at all for the well being or suffering of a patient! Spare yourself and go anywhere but not her!

I have really appreciated Dr. Tranmer and am so sorry to see her leave. I appreciated her insight into my health and felt like she had a clear sense of what was most important to address. I felt like I could trust her medical advice, and also appreciated the respect she showed for the way I wanted to approach my health. I felt like my health was in good hands with her as my primary care physician - thank you!

Dr. Tranmer was very understanding during my visit with her. She took the time to 'know' the patient. Just hope she will be in the AG (or Nipomo) office for sometime to come!
