I didn't look at reviews before I called. My experience is at least as bad as all other reviewers. Unbelievably poor customer service by everyone who comes on phone.
I am not sure what's wrong with these SG Homecare Inc employees. I talked to someone over the phone to make an appointment for a CPAP machine and the person I talked to sounded depressed, tired, and doesn't give a **** about the patients. More over she hung up the phone abruptly (08th July 2021 - 3:30 pm).
This company and some of its employee's are ignorant. Quality and Customer relationship is terrible.. Company provides the lowest quality of equipment. The sad part is we are forced to buy products from other venues...This company and some of its employee's are ignorant. I had ankle surgery and was and still am in a cast and will be for a month. My insurance told me to go through SG Homecare to get me a knee scooter so I didn’t have to rely on crutches in public and just overall it’s easier to be more independent with the scooter. From the day of my surgery I called them every single day and got the same news. They had no record of anyone talking to me and they still have yet to send my insurance information to the billing department to get my scooter. They told me it’s a 24 hour process every single time I talked to them. The more I talked to them the more they got upset. I talked to the SLO location, customer service, and managers. This was every single day for ten days. They were so rude, didn’t do any of their paperwork, and after calling them to get my scooter for ten days after they failed to do their paperwork, they told me they refuse to give me one. Mind you I’ve gotten a knee scooter from them before with the same insurance and same doctor. So I called my insurance and they were beyond displeased with the situation and now are looking at dropping this company because of how terrible they are. They don’t do their paperwork, I ended up doing their job between calling my doctor and insurance multiple times to get the information they could’ve easily gotten themselves, after telling me every single day I called that they would send my paperwork to billing to get my scooter they did not, and every single time I called they showed no records on my call history which I personally thought was hilarious. Then the manager just straight out refused to give me one because they can’t put personal things aside and accept they messed up. Coach your team on how to handle situations properly instead of blaming the patient. I complained to them with every reps name I had and they tell me they refuse. Incompetent company who clearly puts their feelings first because they can’t accept their team and training aren’t up to par. I just ended up buying my own because I couldn’t wait for them any longer. Terrible business. And yes, if I could give them a negative star review, I would!I had ankle surgery and was and still am in a cast and will be for a month. Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
