Phenomenal Care! Dr Spillane and his team have your back. They treat you like family with their AMAZING one on one care! So thankful for SLO Oncology!

The staff always treated us with great care and were all very helpful. My husband was in and out of this clinic at least a dozen times and every experience was better than we could have hoped for. Dr. Link met us under terrible conditions having to break the news of stage 4 lung cancer. But he did so with the kindness of a son to a father. His compassion along with his skill and determination to help us carried us through very difficult times. Each time my husband was hospitalized Dr. Link checked in with us to be sure our care was the best. Without the confidence he gave us, the difficult journey would have been unbearable, but he was always there for us. No words can Express my thanks to him. The nurses who administered the chemo, also could not have been kinder. Our experience at this oncology center was 5 stars. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who needs it.

I was diagnosed with two forms of cancer the summer of 2017. I saw Dr. Spillane, who was very kind, and explained the general treatment process to me. I was directed to other cancer treatment professionals, I made those appointments myself, but the doctors coordinated via notes to each other. This clinic made the contacts with testing sites to set up major appointments, except for blood tests. However, with 3 years of monthly blood tests, they. began those tests inhouse via the port that had been placed before chemo began. Everyone is very kind, and competent. I am especially impressed with the oncological nurses who know so much, and pay close attention to our files before they come to treat us. The receptionists, on the infusion side, learn our names and faces and are very friendly. I have always felt very comfortable there, including during the Covid 19 pandemic.

I received chemotherapy here in 2017 followed br radiation treatments with a different doctor. I still go in for port flushes and Zometa treatments. During chemotherapy, I saw Dr. Villa, who was excellent but has left this practice. I now ssee Dr. Link, who seems good too. The staff on the chemotherapy side are caring and wonderful. My latest mammogram was cancer free.

Worst care EVER! Doesn't even deserve a star. Starts patients on cancer medication and leaves them in the dust. Staff is completely incompetent. Shouldn't being taking care of so many patients when their lives are on the line. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! SEEK CANCER CARE ELSEWHERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE!!

Doctors are good if you get to see one -PA are good front staff IS HORRIBLE have left messages that never get distributed, they are rude if you ask to talk to the PA that actually knows who you are, and all of this is if you can get them to answer the phone and not hang up on you.

My husband has been under Dr DiCarlo's care for several years and we have complete trust and respect for him. We find him to be caring and up to speed on latest cancer treatments. His office is one of the best run offices of any medical offices, period. We would recommend him and his staff to anyone needing cancer treatment.
