I really love this place. The attention they pay to you at every visit is great, they don't rush you in and out, but also don't try and "sell" you a bunch of services you aren't looking for. I love it!

Don't fall for the scam! They tell you to pay them directly instead of buying their promotion on Groupon which promises three medium area sessions at $148 total but once you arrive and they charge your card, forget about it, they message you stating that their service is $100 and they are not honoring the Groupon. I reported this business to every entity there is and I'm prepared to take them to court as well. I have requested a refund from them and they denied and I disputed it with my bank and they will handle it because it seems like this business has a reputation of running the same scam over and over. Groupon had confirmed receiving similar complaints about this business and they will be cutting ties with them too. This place is nothing but a bait and switch scam. They promise a service that they don't deliver. They say they offer an hour consultation when the whole appointment is no more than 20 mins. Read the details of how they run their scam below: They tell you not to buy their promo on Groupon so they don't have to pay the Groupon fees but to take a screenshot of the offer and show it to them at the time of your appointment and they will honor it. They had a Groupon for three medium area sessions for $148 and then after they collected my money they want to keep $100 for just one appointment. They've been running this scam for a while and you can tell from how casually they handle it. There is no consultation it's simply an unqualified nurse acting like she's never done laser before. The front desk rep Mia lied to me multiple times and that nurse Jessica has zero experience, left me scarred. They confirmed numerous times to me that Jessica will handle shaving the back of my neck before my appointments and she did it once then refused to do it again but they took my money for 3 appointments that I didn't even do. I handed the scam to my bank and reported them to the attorney general as well as filing a consumer fraud report with the government and to no surprise they have bunch of similar complaints. They will definitely be put under investigation and maybe even shut down. Don't be fooled and scammed or injured by this place, they should be out of business and there are many other reputable places to go too. Save yourself.
