I am disappointed that the weight loss journey has not been as successful as previous treatment. My doctor explained that weight loss clinics will dilute weight loss drugs to lengthen a treatment, creating more of a profit for the clinic. I have to agree this time because I have a gut feeling that something is fishy. I began eating clean and still no results for 3 weeks in a row. Do your research and perhaps go elsewhere.

I had an excellent experience with the San Marcos location for about eight months, resulting in a weight loss of about 25 pounds using the compounded Semaglutide formula. I discontinued injections this past January or February. Recently, I have been reading articles about compounded Semaglutide being discontinued. I called and spoke to someone at the front desk, who is not aware of the situation. Here is an excerpt from one article I read recently: Here's What's Changing: The FDA has officially ended the semaglutide shortage, which started in 2022. Compounded semaglutide will be phased out--503A compounding pharmacies must stop by April 22, 2025, and 503B outsourcing facilities by May 22, 2025.Feb 21, 2025 What can you tell me about the future of being able to use this medication? I've gained a few pounds back and would very much like to resume for a while to keep things in check.

I've been going to Before and After for 1 year to receive GLP-1 shots. They have upfront pricing, wonderful staff and hours are convenient. Highly recommend. I had tried 2 different places before going with Before and After and there's no comparison. Before and After is great!

I have consistently been going to Before and After for Botox treatments, and each visit has been great! Tabitha, one of the receptionists, consistently delivers outstanding service. Her warm demeanor and attentiveness make me feel valued from the moment I step through the door. They maintain cleanliness and professionalism, further enhancing the overall experience. I absolutely love the San Marcos Before N After office! The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the staff physician was so helpful with all of my questions. I lost 23 pounds with them and I am so happy! I also love their beauty services. 5 stars :)

Don’t get your Bang for your Buck for starters. They don’t do any of what they say they do; for example…. You will be followed by an physician when in fact they don’t even have one on staff, they supposedly have a doctors physician. I went to the San Marcos location for approximately 3 months until I ended up in the hospital back in August. If I had been followed by a physician, you would think I’d been contacted to see why I stopped going for treatment…. No call, Nothing that’s because they have no way to follow you…. They do have a friendly front desk staff however there job is to just take your money. And if you have any medical questions that you forgot during your initial consultation you’ll be charged again. My advice is don’t go to B-N-A especially if your looking to be followed with your weight loss…

I’ve now been getting my Botox and filler with NP Jacob for a year now, he’s amazing. I worked in plastic surgery for 10 years, and I have to say as an injector he is one of the best I’ve been to in a long time… I have yet to ever get a bruise, he is extremely gentle.
